Product Marketing Lead

• Own Maven’s product positioning and messaging end-to-end, translating complex AI capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions for enterprise buyers (CCOs, CXOs, IT leaders) and technical evaluators alike. • Drive go-to-market launches for new products and features: from positioning and launch strategy through cross-functional execution, customer communications, and post-launch measurement. • Build and maintain a world-class sales enablement library — battlecards, pitch decks, use case frameworks, objection-handling guides, and win/loss analysis — that helps our sales team move faster and win more. • Partner closely with Product to shape the roadmap, bringing market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer signals into the strategy conversation rather than just reacting to it. • Define and own Maven’s competitive positioning, tracking the enterprise AI landscape and translating it into materials that sharpen our story and accelerate deal cycles. • Develop high-impact content that moves buyers: case studies, demos, blog posts, solution briefs, and webinars that demonstrate measurable ROI and build pipeline. • Own the trust and governance narrative — positioning Maven’s approach to security, reliability, and responsible AI as a competitive advantage for risk-sensitive enterprise buyers. • Establish and track PMM metrics, product adoption, launch performance, win rates, pipeline influence, etc., and iterate based on what’s working.
Senior Customer Experience Manager – Strategic

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with Strategic customers, ensuring they see tangible value from Maven’s platform and AI copilots. • Lead onboarding engagements that are efficient, data-informed, and customized to complex multi-department enterprise workflows. • Partner with customers to drive meaningful adoption of our platform, consumption of contracted volumes, identifying opportunities to scale usage and expand into new teams or use cases. • Act as a strategic advisor on AI best practices, enabling customers to optimize both human and AI-generated responses. • Collect, analyze, and present product usage and quality data, especially around responses where Maven did not score itself with high quality, to guide continuous improvement. • Work closely with Solutions/Implementation Engineers, Product Managers, and the Engineering team to ensure customer needs are translated into product outcomes.
Strategic Account Executive

• Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, from net-new acquisition through expansion • Run deep discovery to understand customer pain, success metrics, and decision criteria • Build and manage mutual success plans aligned to executive priorities • Orchestrate complex sales cycles involving technical evaluations, pilots, security reviews, and procurement • Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership • Forecast accurately and maintain disciplined pipeline management • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, positioning the platform as mission-critical infrastructure
