• Proactively expand client’s industrial camera business with existing customers and cultivate new customer relationships. • Develop the territory, achieve sales budget, and monitor all aspects of the sales cycle. • Search for new customers who benefit from industrial vision solutions and maximize customer potential. • Visit potential and existing customers. • Work with product management and support teams for assistance and product education, after-sales support services to customers, partners, and the sales team. • Develop long-term relationships with customers and partners through managing and interpreting their requirements and expectations. • Listen to customer concerns and describe why our client’s cameras satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery. • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs. • Calculate customer quotations and administer customer accounts. • Prepare weekly update reports for the Sales Director. • Meet and exceed sales targets and coordinate sales projects. • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events. • Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets customer’s needs. • Liaise with other members of the sales team and technical experts. • Follow and report on industry trends. • Provide input to the specification of new product developments. • Provide training and produce support material for other members of the sales team and other duties as may be reasonably requested by your manager from time to time.
