Role Overview We’re looking for a Marketplace Associate to help drive growth across Amazon and Walmart. This role combines marketplace advertising, promotional planning and operational coordination to improve sales, profitability and customer experience. You’ll work cross functionally with creatives, retentions/email, and operation teams to ensure our marketplace channels are commercially strong and executionally excellent. Amazon and Walmart are critical growth channels for our business. This role sits at the center of performance, merchandising, and operations, helping us scale revenue efficiently while improving the end-to-end customer journey on marketplace platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with hands-on execution, and who wants meaningful ownership in a fast-moving ecommerce environment. Key Responsibilities Marketplace Advertising PPC & Paid Media - Build, manage, and optimize Amazon Advertising (PPC & Paid Media) and Walmart Advertising campaigns to drive efficient growth, improve ROAS and increase sales - Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign efficiency - Use platform tools and automation software to streamline bidding, budget pacing and campaign automatization - Create briefs for ad creatives (video and display banners) Campaign & Promotions Marketing - Plan and execute key promotional events (e.g. BFCM, seasonal campaigns) from end-to-end; concept through to go-live - Design campaign mechanics that balance profitability with discount structures for sustainable growth - Partner with internal teams to align promotional messaging, briefs, and execution across relevant customer touchpoints Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) - Identify opportunities to improve PDP/listing performance through content, imagery, A+ content, review strategies, testing, etc. - Develop and prioritise hypotheses to improve traffic-to-conversion performance and overall marketplace sales - Drive initiatives to enhance the user experience and increase conversion rates - Deliver regular reporting on channel performance, campaign results, promotional outcomes, translating marketplace and advertising data into clear recommendations for internal stakeholders Marketplace Operations - Maintain listing accuracy and monitor catalog health, product availability, and shipment/inbound inventory status - Collaborate with our Marketplace Ops team, and flag operational risks early, including stockouts, shipment delays, or promo readiness issues - Share sales forecasts and promotional demand expectations with operations and supply chain partners What We're Looking For Required - At least 3 years of experience managing marketplace growth, ecommerce performance or digital commerce operations, with strong hands-on experience in Amazon Advertising - Experience working with Amazon Seller Central and familiarity with Walmart Marketplace advertising mechanics - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable steps - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable working cross-functionally within growth, creative and operations teams.

Role Description We are seeking a Data Engineer to provide ongoing operational support for our data warehouse infrastructure. This role is focused on data reliability, proactive monitoring, incident response, and continuous platform improvement, ensuring business teams can confidently rely on data for decision-making. This role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates. For part-time engagement, we are looking for a consistent commitment of 15–20 hours per week, with preferred overlap during Singapore business hours for collaboration and operational response. What You'll Do External Counsel Coordination Act as the point of contact for external legal counsel, managing documentation, billing, and deliverables across concurrent matters.
