Job Description
Demand Generation Manager
magicplan
Role Description We're hiring a Demand Generation Manager who will join a small marketing team at a pivotal moment: the product is strong, the market is defined, and the demand generation function is being built from the ground up. There's no agency to brief, no coordinator to hand off to. You'll plan the campaigns, write the sequences, own the channels, and report on what moves the pipeline. Key Responsibilities - Acquisition Campaigns: Plan, create, and execute multi-channel campaigns (email sequences, webinars, trade shows, paid media) that generate qualified leads. Bring creative approaches to demand generation that cut through and reach the right people. - Content Creation: Write and produce the content that powers our demand engine—landing pages, email sequences, lead magnets, webinar decks, industry articles, and more. - Outbound/Inbound Engine: Optimize our outbound/inbound machine. Define ICP audiences, craft messaging, and iterate based on results. - Industry Presence: Manage relationships with industry stakeholders, coordinate events, and identify partnership opportunities in the space. - Activation Support: Collaborate with Sales and Product to create content and sequences that accelerate pre-qualified leads toward conversion. - Website & SEO: Contribute to our organic acquisition strategy—programmatic content, SEO/AEO optimization, and website conversion improvements. - Measure What Matters: Own campaign execution and channel performance, track pipeline contribution, and continuously improve based on data. Qualifications - Experience running demand generation end-to-end, ideally in B2B marketing — SaaS or tech. - Ability to point to specific campaigns built, what they generated, and lessons learned from failures. - Proficient in writing content for emails, landing pages, lead magnets, and webinar scripts. - Experience automating marketing work with AI tools. - Data-driven decision-making skills. - Accountability for results, not just activity. Requirements - Background in restoration, field services, construction, or insurance tech. - Fluency in tools such as HubSpot, Customer.io, Clay, and Google Analytics. - Experience creating content for technical or trade audiences that converted. - Experience building an outbound engine. Benefits - Competitive base salary + variable compensation. - Employer-matched retirement savings (401k / RRSP). - Medical, dental, and vision insurance with company contributions. - 20 vacation days + 11 public holidays. - Learning & development budget to invest in your growth. - Remote-first culture with the autonomy to lead, create, and drive real impact.

Role Description We are looking for Virtual Professionals. This is a fully remote position for the role of Bilingual Construction Project Manager VA (Field Operations & Execution Control). Applications with an introduction video attached will be prioritized. Due to the fully remote nature of this role, it is important that candidates are comfortable communicating on video calls. This role owns the day-to-day execution layer of construction projects across field crews, internal managers, and clients for a fast-moving sign manufacturing and installation business. You are not supporting project managers—you are actively running coordination across multiple live projects in real time, ensuring nothing stalls between field execution, communication, client delivery, and invoicing handoff. You will manage ~10 project stages per job, coordinate Spanish-speaking field crews, handle client communication, and keep CRM data aligned with real-world progress. This role operates in constant motion. If you wait for instructions, avoid direct communication with field crews, or struggle managing multiple live projects at once, you will fail in this environment. Success is measured by: - Projects moving without delays caused by communication gaps - Field crews and clients always aligned on next steps - CRM accurately reflecting real field reality - No “lost” or stalled projects in the pipeline - Clean handoff from completion to invoicing to closure Qualifications - Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required for direct field crew coordination - Proven experience in project coordination, construction ops, or field-based execution roles - Ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously without losing detail - Strong comfort communicating directly with field crews and clients under pressure - Experience using CRM systems for real-time operational tracking - Ability to resolve issues independently before escalation - Strong tolerance for fast-paced, high-interruption operational environments - Must be proactive—waiting for instructions is a failure mode - Must be comfortable operating across unclear or partially built systems Requirements - Live Project Flow Control (10-Stage Execution System) - Field Crew + Internal Communication Bridge (Spanish Execution Layer) - Client Communication & Call Handling - Project Recovery & Bottleneck Resolution - AI-Assisted Estimating (Execution Support Function) - Project Handoff & Closure Execution Benefits - HMO - PTO - Competitive Salary Application Instructions Respond to this scenario: A field crew reports they completed a sign installation, but: - Client says signage is incorrect - CRM shows “completed” - Internal manager is unaware of any issue - Crew is already moving to next site Explain: - What you do in the first 30 minutes - How you correct CRM vs field reality mismatch - Who you contact and in what order - How you prevent recurrence across future projects
