• Monitor live Sportsbook and Casino activity to swiftly neutralize sharp play, arbitrage, exploits, and bonus abuse. • Track player profitability, betting patterns, and withdrawal velocity; manage risk actions like account restrictions or market adjustments. • Analyze casino game outcomes against expected RTP to identify technical anomalies and multi-accounting. • Monitor pre-match and in-play event exposure, liabilities, and market movements. • Handle platform risk settings, manage feed providers, and execute bet reviews and limit adjustments. • Review high-risk withdrawals and suspicious payment patterns alongside the Fraud/Payments teams. • Build data-driven risk reports and refine automated alerting frameworks and risk rules. • Work closely with Trading, VIP, Product, and Support, escalating critical incidents directly to the Risk Manager.

• Dicey is hiring a Head of Finance to own and operate the financial engine of a high-velocity, real-time gaming platform. • Lead a small existing finance team, setting priorities, ownership and standards • This is a working leadership role, you'll be directly executing alongside the team, not just overseeing • Own the full accounting function: month-end close, reconciliations, financial statements, and audit readiness • Manage accounts payable and payroll operations • Own tax compliance across all operating jurisdictions, corporate tax, GST/VAT, withholding tax, and transfer pricing for multi-entity structures • Lead crypto and digital asset accounting, including transaction-level reporting, wallet reconciliation, and classification across fiat and on-chain activity • Own $ME token reporting, accounting treatment, valuation requirements, and financial disclosures in line with applicable standards • Own AML/CTF compliance obligations and KYC processes across all operating jurisdictions • Design and operate treasury and fund flows across fiat and crypto • Own financial operations end-to-end: revenue tracking, promo spend, affiliate and KOL payouts, and reconciliation across wallets and platforms • Build and maintain systems for real-time financial visibility and reporting. • Manage multi-entity structures including intercompany flows and service agreements.

• Support players in a fast-paced sportsbook environment, helping them navigate bet settlements, deposits and withdrawals, promotions, and general platform support. • Provide high-quality customer support to players, resolving casino and sportsbook-related issues quickly and effectively. • Troubleshoot account matters including deposits, withdrawals, bet settlements, voids, and promotional credits. • Assist players with questions about bet types (singles, parlays, accumulators), and settlement rules. • Work closely with operations, trading/risk, product, and engineering teams to identify and escalate edge cases. • Maintain and manage internal tools, logs, spreadsheets, and documents for seamless operations. • Monitor, assess, and respond to risk alerts to ensure timely mitigation of potential threats • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable gaming regulations • Assist in building and refining support processes, help center articles, and internal SOPs related to sportsbook operations. • Monitor player sentiment and flag opportunities to improve the user experience. • Support the team during high-volume sporting events, ensuring rapid and accurate communication. • Adapt to a dynamic environment and step into additional duties as assigned.

• Build, manage, and scale our affiliate program with a focus on high-impact iGaming partners across major social media and streaming platforms. • Design performance-driven campaigns that maximize sign-ups, FTDs (first-time deposits), and player retention. • Leverage your deep creator network to onboard and activate top creators. • Structure deals, rev-share agreements, and promo mechanics that keep affiliates incentivized and loyal. • Be the day-to-day contact for affiliates — from streamers to network partners. • Manage reporting, negotiate contracts, monitor deliverables and ensure affiliates have the tools, assets, and support to succeed. • Track KPIs including conversion, ROI, and lifetime value from affiliates. • Optimize funnels, referral incentives, and creative assets to maximize impact. • Partner with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure affiliates have exclusive promos, bonuses, and live-stream activations. • Align with social and community teams to amplify affiliate-led campaigns.
