Manager, Strategic Partnerships – Data Centers

• Support execution of strategies to drive Longroad’s presence and opportunities in the growing data center market • Monitor regulatory, policy and commercial trends impacting data center load demand across multiple markets • Track utility tariffs, rate structures, and load interconnection processes while working with utilities on co-location projects • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, consultants, and experts across origination, legal, interconnection, permitting, construction, government affairs, engineering, and finance • Represent Longroad at industry conferences, meetings, and site visits • Manage large load application processes for projects across multiple US markets • Assist with site-level evaluation and diligence, including zoning, land use, environmental constraints, access, utilities, and infrastructure readiness • Support land-related and due diligence activities, including reviewing purchase agreements, options, leases, easements, title, and survey in coordination with legal and real estate teams • Partner with internal teams to align development activities with transaction timelines and investment objectives • Help maintain an organized pipeline of data center opportunities under evaluation or advancement through Strategic Partnerships • Contribute to development of internal knowledge, templates, and best practices related to data center site development • Support senior team members with market research related to data center development trends, siting requirements, and infrastructure considerations
Project Manager – Renewable Energy

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities for utility-scale renewable energy projects to ensure project objectives are accomplished safely, on schedule, and within budget • Manages the design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out of utility-scale solar, BESS, and hybrid renewable energy projects • Develops, maintains, and executes detailed project execution plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management • Establishes and manages project budgets and forecasts; coordinates regular cost and cash flow reporting with Accounting and Finance • Provides engineering and technical support to development, permitting, and interconnection activities as required • Oversees construction execution, ensuring compliance with construction contracts, environmental regulations, permits, safety requirements, and quality standards • Organizes and leads project meetings and provides clear status reporting to internal management and external stakeholders • Manages execution of interconnection agreement tasks and coordination with utilities, including testing, energization, and achievement of commercial operation • Coordinates with Legal on negotiation and administration of contracts, supply agreements, and warranties • Supports construction and financing activities, including lender due diligence and independent engineer reviews • Works closely with Development to ensure a seamless transition of projects into construction • Coordinates turnover of completed projects to Operations and Asset Management, including documentation, training, and warranty support • Oversees Construction Managers, Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, and quality personnel assigned to the project

• Assisting the Project Team in executing projects in the planning and construction phases • Managing the design, engineering and construction of utility-scale renewable energy projects • Developing and maintaining project schedules • Prepares construction cost estimates • Manages document control and prepares management reports • Executes site QA/QC activities and participates in the receipt and inspection of equipment and materials • Oversees construction contractor(s) as the Owner’s representative • Supports management and updates of work plans, QC staffing, and budgets for each phase of project execution • Provides and/or coordinates engineering support for development and permitting activities • Organizes regularly scheduled project meetings • Supports project developers and senior construction management team for seamless project transition into construction phase • Works with Operations for successful project turn-over • Oversees quality control and assurance work during execution of project • Coordinates with regulatory agencies, local landowners, power off-takers, and other project-level external parties • Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety programs at the jobsite.
Development Associate/Manager – Data Centers

• Support advancement of data center development activities for projects in the Longroad pipeline of existing energy and datacenter projects as well as acquisition opportunities. • Assist with site-level evaluation and diligence, including zoning, land use, environmental constraints, access, utilities, and infrastructure readiness. • Support land-related activities, including reviewing purchase agreements, options, leases, easements, title, and survey in coordination with legal and real estate teams. • Help track and advance entitlement and permitting processes, including rezoning, site plan approvals, and local/state permits. • Assist in coordinating development-related due diligence during transaction evaluation and execution, including: Surveys and title review Environmental and geotechnical studies Local permitting and entitlement status Infrastructure and utility constraints. • Compile and synthesize development inputs for internal investment memos, transaction materials, and leadership updates. • Support integration of acquired or partnered projects into Longroad’s development processes post-close. • Work with internal teams (energy development, power markets, engineering, interconnection, legal, finance, government affairs) to align development activities with transaction timelines and investment objectives. • Coordinate with third-party consultants to support development studies, schedules, and cost estimates. • Assist with tracking project schedules, budgets, risks, and key milestones across multiple data center opportunities.
