• Serve as the primary project management lead across Living Carbon's active carbon project portfolio, owning timelines, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects advance toward financeability and registration • Build, manage, and continuously improve cross-functional workflows that connect our Forestry, Carbon, Finance, and Land teams around shared project development goals • Prepare and maintain structured project reporting, synthesizing field activities, milestones, and risks into clear materials for project finance partners and investor updates • Own and manage reporting deliverables to capital and project finance stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of project-level data and status updates • Identify blockers, surface tradeoffs, and drive decisions - bringing the right people to the table and keeping the team aligned on priorities • Develop a deep understanding of the project development lifecycle so you can represent the team's work confidently to external stakeholders • Continuously improve our internal processes, documentation, and project management infrastructure as we scale our portfolio

• Develop and maintain comprehensive Excel models to analyze the financial performance and feasibility of carbon projects, including revenue projections, cost estimations, and investment returns. • Collect, organize, and analyze financial and operational data related to carbon projects to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators. • Conduct scenario analysis to assess the impact of different variables, assumptions, and market conditions on the financial outcomes of carbon projects. • Evaluate financial risks associated with carbon projects and propose risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success and financial sustainability. • Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations summarizing financial analysis, project performance, and recommendations for stakeholders and management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, carbon foresters, and supply chain, to integrate financial considerations into project planning and decision-making processes. • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the accuracy and reliability of financial models and analyses.

• Conduct remote sensing analytics and modeling • Develop scalable analytical and reporting tools • Manage GIS data collection, storage, and version control across team members • Engage in strategic planning & process improvement • Provide support to collaborate with Land and Forestry teams • Manage and analyze large datasets off-line and in cloud computing and storage platforms • Analyze large and complex geospatial datasets and remote sensing data • Design and implement novel predictive, statistical, and machine learning models related to forestry, land use, carbon sequestration, biodiversity, conservation planning, and climate resilience • Automate statistical and geospatial analysis processes using Python, R, or other programming languages • Create clear and impactful reporting tools to communicate geospatial information and insights • Maintain and update internal geospatial databases, ensuring data quality, consistency, and version control • Integrate data from Land, Forestry, and Carbon teams to support commercial initiatives • Ensure high standards of data accuracy and ethical use in all geospatial analyses and models • Conduct quality control checks on geospatial datasets • Provide technical mapping support to other team members as needed • Work closely with Land, Forestry, and Carbon teams to uncover new operational insights • Identify opportunities to improve geospatial workflows and contribute to the development of best practices • Support research and development efforts in geospatial analytics and remote sensing applications.

• Manage third-party vendor relationships and partnership matters such as inventory planning, quality control, logistics and cold storage. • Responsible for general production oversight, ensuring all nurseries are on track to meet contract standards and the expectations and goals of upcoming carbon projects. • Ensure all trees are delivered on time and ready to plant. • Ensure all nurseries are complying with Living Carbon standards and regulations as well as reporting and tracking any quality concerns that may impact inventory. • Providing detailed risk management solutions for all aspects of the supply chain.

• Actively research, identify and build relationships with landowners in your region to onboard them to Living Carbon forest carbon projects. • Prepare and present carbon project materials and partnership proposals and answer landowner questions about our forest carbon approach and partnership agreement. • Conduct thorough site diligence including documentation of past land uses and land title and tenure. • Identify key stakeholders in your region impacted by forest carbon project development. • Maintain relationships with referral partners and external industry groups like state agencies, conservation groups, and landowner groups to generate new leads. • Master the Living Carbon site qualification and landowner engagement process, using a variety of technology tools to confirm site feasibility and keep the team up-to-date. • Synthesize and share feedback with the Senior Manager of Land Partnerships that will improve our landowner program to fit both partner needs and internal business needs. • Collaborate with internal teams including forestry, finance, legal, and carbon modeling to develop deals and ensure seamless handoff to project development path. • Willing and able to travel to project sites and to build relationships with landowners and local stakeholders, or attend association meetings, conferences, workshop events, and other strategic landowner partnership activities. • Work collaboratively in a remote role with other members of the Living Carbon Commercialization, R&D, and Operations teams.
