• Provide administrative, technical, strategic, and project management support to power Frost Valley YMCA’s fundraising and stewardship efforts. • Ensure donor data is accurate and accessible while overseeing the CRM and related software platforms. • Maintain rigorous data standards, providing sophisticated reporting, and managing departmental workflows. • Create and maintain clear data governance guidelines and procedures to ensure all donor information is accurate, organized, and consistently recorded across all systems. • Build and refine processes for gift entry, acknowledgments, donor agreements, and pledges; partner with Finance and fundraisers for monthly reconciliation, revenue reporting, and tracking/invoicing outstanding pledges. • Design and deliver reporting dashboards and performance metrics; analyze donor and revenue trends; prepare regular revenue forecasts to guide planning and goal-setting. • Manage development software and platforms; coordinate wealth screenings and maintain accurate capacity ratings; prepare research briefs; manage donor pipeline and moves management reporting. • Produce donor acknowledgment letters; manage donor recognition listings across platforms. • Create, test, and maintain online donation forms, event registration pages, and surveys to ensure a seamless user experience and accurate data capture. • Utilize project management to oversee departmental projects and track grant deliverables, timelines, compliance, and reporting dashboards. • Maintain and evolve the Development Operations Manual (SOPs); monitor departmental expense budget and support annual revenue projections. • Enable team members to leverage CRM functionality; implement best practices and provide ongoing training to ensure effective system use. • Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns; manage guest lists and RSVP tracking for donor events.
