Role Description At Landscape Forms, we don’t just sell lighting, we influence how spaces feel, function, and connect people. We’re looking for someone who understands lighting not just as a product, but as a design language and is ready to step into a role where relationships, expertise, and influence drive real impact. This role sits at the intersection of design, technical expertise, and sales influence. - Partner closely with Business Development Representatives and internal teams to guide lighting decisions across a wide network. - Engage with landscape architects, multidisciplinary studios, lighting designers, and electrical engineers. - Help shape specifications and influence projects early. - Earn trust with clients, partners, and within the industry. Qualifications - Background in lighting design (typically 3–5 years) or a related field. - Strong understanding of outdoor lighting, illumination theory, and commercial project integration. - Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in various formats. - Natural inclination toward relationship-building, curiosity, and problem-solving. - Experience with tools like AutoCAD, photometric software, and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred). - Mindset that balances technical depth with customer-focused thinking. Requirements - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. - Home-based office with significant regional travel for client meetings, presentations, trade shows, and industry engagement. - Work environment varies between home office, client sites, and event settings.
