• Define and own Plume's overall business development strategy, including target segments, geographic priorities, and partnership models • Build, manage, and coach a team of Business Development Managers; set pipeline targets and hold the team accountable to them • Personally lead negotiation and structuring of Plume's largest and most strategically important partnerships (major issuers, custodians, institutional allocators) • Work directly with the CEO and executive team to align BD strategy with fundraising, product roadmap, and regulatory strategy • Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, and Product leadership to ensure deal structures are executable and compliant across jurisdictions • Own external representation of Plume's partnership strategy at major industry conferences and in press/analyst conversations • Build repeatable playbooks and processes for partner sourcing, diligence, structuring, and post-launch success

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective issuers, asset managers, custodians, and DeFi protocols for integration onto Plume. • Run outbound and inbound partnership conversations from first touch through signed agreement. • Coordinate with Legal and Compliance on structuring terms, reviewing agreements, and navigating jurisdiction-specific requirements. • Partner with Product and Engineering to scope technical integration requirements for new partners. • Track and report on pipeline health, deal velocity, and post-launch partner performance (TVL, volume, retention). • Represent Plume at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings. • Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive RWA landscape to identify whitespace and prioritize outreach.

• Define and own the product roadmap and prioritization for your area, balancing user needs, regulatory constraints, and business goals. • Write clear specs, PRDs, and success metrics; run sprint planning and grooming with engineering. • Partner with Legal/Compliance early and often, since most Plume products sit at the intersection of blockchain and securities regulation. • Work with Business Development to scope integration requirements for issuers, custodians, and institutional partners. • Define and track product KPIs (activation, TVL growth, retention, transaction success rates); report on progress to leadership. • Run competitive analysis across the tokenized RWA landscape (Ondo, Superstate, BUIDL, OpenEden, Midas, etc.) to inform positioning and roadmap bets. • Represent the voice of the user internally and act as the final decision-maker on product tradeoffs within your area.

• Design end-to-end user flows for tokenized asset discovery, onboarding, KYC/compliance gating, staking, and portfolio management. • Translate ambiguous problems involving novel financial structures (vaults, structured credit, treasury products) into clear, intuitive interfaces. • Build and maintain a scalable design system/component library used across web app, marketing site, and partner integrations. • Run lightweight user research and usability testing with both retail crypto users and institutional counterparties. • Partner directly with engineers to ensure pixel-accurate, performant implementation; review shipped work against design intent. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mocks in Figma; present design rationale to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. • Collaborate with Marketing on landing pages, campaign assets, and product launch visuals.

• Deploy smart contracts for core Plume features like RWA tokenization, KYC attestations, and account abstraction • Work with product engineers to integrate smart contract functions into core Plume apps like our end-to-end onboarding platform • Design and implement the smart contract, indexing, and offchain architecture to support a robust incentivized testnet campaign • Build the next-generation of smart contracts and standards for tokenized capital markets

• Design, implement, and maintain the core blockchain network software that powers Plume’s validators and full nodes. • Tackle unique challenges related to declarative trading and vertical solutions, bringing creative and well-architected approaches to complex problems. • Engage with every layer of the crypto/DeFi stack, from backend infrastructure to on-chain swaps and frontend Web3 UX, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. • Lead the design and development of comprehensive features for Plume’s product, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient. • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in protocol design and communication technologies.

• Build full-stack product experiences like our end-to-end onboarding platform and testnet campaign dashboard • Work with smart contract engineers to integrate blockchain calls in Plume apps • Work with designers to create a beautiful, responsive frontend • Design and implement a resilient backend architecture to support API servers, databases, and indexers • Optimize backend and frontend code to reduce latency and increase reliability • Within 1 month, you should expect to… Onboard to the team and existing application code Understand the product operating model at Plume and how we prioritize our core product areas Ship at least 2 new features and make improvements on top of our end-to-end onboarding platform Design the backend architecture to support the testnet campaign dashboard First learn and then lead our weekly QA, and present product demos to the team • Within 3 months, you should expect to… Launch the incentivized testnet campaign dashboard Integrate the Plume chain and all Plume products with robust monitoring and alerting infrastructure Work directly with the CTO to propose and implement security policies Brainstorm novel product experiences to build for Plume mainnet Mentor and give guidance to junior product engineers Interview prospective engineering hires and participate in the hiring committee
