You will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and people, ensuring that change initiatives are clearly understood, effectively adopted, and successfully embedded. You will provide operational change management support across multiple program bricks (sub‑projects), working closely with the Program‑Level Change Management Lead and the Core Team to deliver high‑quality communication, training, and enablement activities. 📍 Job location: Spain - Remote 🕒 Contract type: Employee or Contractor 🗓 Target start date: ASAP ⏰ Working hours: Full‑time (40h/week) 💵 Compensation: 45k - 55k per year Note: All applications (CVs) must be submitted in English 💥 Your Impact In this role, you will: - Build and execute brick‑level operational change approaches, including stakeholder identification, communication channels, and activity planning - Monitor and track communication and adoption impact at the brick level - Produce and maintain change deliverables, including: - One‑pagers for each program brick - Promotional and enablement assets - Structured, topic‑specific presentations for the Core Team needs - Ensure all materials are aligned with program templates, branding, and governance standards - Design, plan, and execute training and enablement activities for assigned bricks - Coordinate training logistics (audience, scheduling, materials, follow‑up) - Support training delivery alongside Core Team members - Contribute to adoption monitoring, including readiness checks, feedback collection, and post‑training actions - Provide ongoing operational support to the Core Team and Program‑Level Change Management Lead ⚡ What Makes This Role Challenging - You will operate within a large, global, and complex transformation program - You will balance structured change frameworks with pragmatic, hands‑on delivery - You will collaborate across geographies, cultures, and functions - You will manage multiple stakeholders and parallel change activities - Autonomy is high — and so is the expectation to deliver impact 👤 What We’re Looking For Must-haves - Strong background in Change Management, including communications, training, and adoption - Ability to produce clear, structured, and executive‑ready materials - Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Experience working in global or complex programs - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint - Design skills and experience with video creation and editing skills - Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual quality - Ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player - Comfortable working in multicultural and virtual environments - Fluency in English, both written and spoken Nice-to-haves - Experience in consulting environments - Exposure to international or multicultural projects - Exposure to Salesforce programs or Sales & Marketing transformations - Previous experience in large digital or AI‑enabled transformation initiatives 💰 How Our Salary Ranges Work At Keyrus, salary ranges reflect different levels of mastery and impact within the same role — not different job titles. - Bottom of the range You meet the core requirements and will need ramp-up time and support. - Middle of the range You are fully autonomous from Day 1 and deliver consistently. - Top of the range You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team.
