• Check emails and respond to interested parties • Schedule demos • Cold outreach to prospects using Salesforce • Check email responses and coordinate with the team • Collaborate with the sales team on territory planning • Dive into accounts in Salesforce to gather insights
• Manage and mentor QA engineers while maintaining hands-on involvement in testing • Prepare releases and perform root cause analysis for defects • Collaborate with development team to enhance quality standards and feedback loops • Plan and prioritize manual and automated tests, triage bugs, and manage QA workload • Document and train standardized QA processes
• Review calendar and schedule tasks • Prepare payroll in QuickBooks • Conduct sales tax audits • Manage team member gifts and hiring applications • Conduct initial interviews and document notes • Build agendas for meetings
