• Manage strategic customer accounts and grow revenue • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries • Conduct regular reviews with customers for improvements • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution • Identify opportunities for upselling and renewals
• Manage the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce environment • Provide effective support to Salesforce users across the business • Work alongside the Project Team to support the ongoing rollout and enhancement of Salesforce capabilities • Promote high standards of data integrity, consistency and governance across the platform • Develop and maintain meaningful reports and dashboards
• Liaise with the New Customer Acquisition (NCA) and Customer Account Management (CAM) teams to be clear on the solution. • Arrange and hold the project kick-off. • Explain the delivery methodology. • Create, share and manage the project plan, including appropriate phases. • Plan resources to meet the delivery plan. • Arrange system configuration. • Coordinate consultancy. • Set out training plans. • Deliver schedules for reports, data loading and integration. • Coordinate resources required for software development. • Establish post-go live review. • Ensure effective Customer Support handover, as project scale or complexity demands. • Provide clarity on project scope. • Understand customer resource constraints and adapt. • Control project budgets. • Identify Project risks and mitigations. • Written plan acceptance, phase completion and project sign-off controls. • Advice and guidance on building test plans. • Capture exceptions and manage. • Provide internal and external project updates and checkpoint calls as required. • Go/no-go on live controls. • Manage project scope variances and commercial / planning implications.

• Provide support to Sage 200 customers • Respond promptly to technical issues • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat • Provide context-specific advice to customers • Follow guidelines for case management • Maintain records of customer issues and resolutions • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers • Stay updated on changes to relevant software
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and account management teams to understand customer needs and align pre-sales efforts with overall business strategies. • Engage with potential customers to gather requirements, understand pain points, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address their needs. • Work closely with the authors and Pinnacle’s professional service teams to design and demonstrate solutions that meet customer requirement. • Craft and deliver tailored presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts that showcase the value and capabilities of our products and services. • Working with the New Customer Acquisition (NCA) and Customer Account Management (CAM) teams to oversee the creation of detailed and persuasive proposals that outline the proposed solutions, benefits, and implementation strategies. • Assist the sales team in negotiation and closing processes by providing product based technical expertise, addressing product inquiries, and removing obstacles.
