• Design Innovative Military & Government Environments • Develop creative concepts for military headquarters, administrative offices, dining facilities, training environments, collaboration spaces, and modernization projects. • Create experiences that improve functionality, morale, communication and learning that balance aesthetics, functionality, and operational realities. • 3D Modeling, Rendering & Visualization • Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, fly-throughs, and visual presentations. • Develop conceptual and production-level design packages that communicate design intent clearly to customers and project teams. • Industrial & Experiential Design • Design custom architectural features, branded environments, exhibits, displays, environmental graphics, furniture concepts, and wayfinding systems. • Develop solutions that integrate technology, storytelling, and user experience into physical spaces. • Collaboration & Execution • Participate in design reviews, value engineering sessions, and constructability discussions. • Ensure designs can be successfully fabricated, installed, and maintained while preserving creative intent. • Support field implementation and respond to design-related questions during construction.

• Develop and maintain 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Vector works for architectural, interior, and facility projects • Translate design concepts, sketches, and specifications into detailed construction documents • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and operations teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements and timelines • Prepare layouts, elevations, sections, and installation drawings for furnishings, AV/IT integration, and facility components • Ensure all drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and company guidelines • Revise and update drawings based on stakeholder feedback and field conditions • Coordinate drawing sets with vendors, contractors, and consultants • Maintain organized file structures and version control for all CAD documentation • Support site surveys and incorporate field measurements into drawings as needed

• Assist the principal data scientist in developing and tuning predictive models (e.g., predicting equipment failure, estimating lead times, or optimizing inventory levels). • Assist in data validation, feature engineering, and quality checks on large-scale Army datasets to ensure model integrity. • Progressively develop expert-level skills in Palantir Foundry to build, update, and reuse predictive dashboards. • Help develop and update training materials, job aids, and technical documentation for predictive tools to ensure institutional adoption. • Support the reuse and long-term maintenance of analytics products and sustainment artifacts.

• Support daily field operations, including installation oversight, inspections, and coordination of project activities. • Prepare and submit accurate daily field reports capturing work progress, workforce counts, equipment on site, and notable incidents. • Manage and track all Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and change orders in coordination with the project management team. • Maintain a comprehensive project document library including the executed contract and SOW, 100% drawings and renderings, approved submittals, RFI logs, and baseline schedules. • Ensure all safety documents and Emergency Action Plans are current, accessible, and compliant with site requirements. • Serve as the on-site face of JANSON, consistently reflecting the company's brand standards in all communications and interactions. • Communicate clearly and professionally with government clients, military personnel, subcontractors, and the JANSON project management team. • Prepare and deliver leadership brief messaging, mission impact summaries, and schedule status reports for senior stakeholder visits. • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), base facility managers, and other government stakeholders. • Maintain and reference a current Stakeholder Directory (org chart) to ensure proper communication channels are followed. • Support leadership site visits by preparing safety reports, risk briefings, and project status summaries. • Enforce quality standards in accordance with approved submittals, specifications, and 100% construction drawings. • Conduct routine site inspections and document findings with photographs and written observations. • Coordinate with quality control personnel and third-party inspectors as required by contract. • Identify site risks related to safety, schedule, budget, or quality and escalate to project leadership promptly. • Maintain familiarity with site-specific Emergency Action Plans and ensure subcontractor compliance. • Document and communicate top risks and proposed mitigation strategies during leadership visits and weekly reporting cycles.
