• Provide leadership in the South region • Manage and operate a regional Surveying Services team • Achieve business objectives and provide clients with high quality surveying service • Identify and assist the Operations Director, Surveying, to convert new business opportunities • Develop and manage the Regional Surveying Services Team through optimum use of resources • Ensure performance objectives are achieved and achieve a high level of competence among staff • Collaborate with other managers and business units to enhance client satisfaction • Help identify Audit improvements and ensure implementation of change measures • Manage a personal case load and revenue generation appropriate for the regional team size

• This is a remote position.

• Responsible for the inspection, maintenance, servicing, and repair of access equipment • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues • Conducting compliance checks • Ensuring equipment meets the highest safety standards • Collaborating with clients and team members to deliver exceptional service and technical expertise

• Take ownership of, maintain, and expand existing CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with fellow developers and content integrators. • Automate and optimize Unity binary builds and AssetBundle/Addressable content generation. • Manage remote TeamCity build agents to ensure application and content releases hit strict deadlines. • Maintain and improve existing automation workflows, enforcing best practices in CI/CD and source control strategy. • Manage deployment pipelines to the Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect. • Create and maintain detailed project documentation. • Proactively communicate concerns, potential challenges, and pipeline bottlenecks.

• Manage and expand a portfolio of SaaS accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. • Partner with senior HR and Talent leaders (CHROs, HR Directors, Heads of Talent) to deliver tailored solutions that align with their business and technology goals. • Lead full-cycle consultative sales processes — from prospecting to negotiation and close — with a focus on renewals, upsells, and new business acquisition. • Develop strategic account plans, accurate forecasts, and data-driven insights to support quarterly and annual revenue objectives. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high customer adoption rates. • Maintain deep product and industry knowledge to act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients.
