• Own the technical sales process across APAC — from initial discovery through proof-of-concept, technical validation, and close. • Lead compelling product demonstrations, technical deep-dives, and proof-of-concept engagements that showcase TrueNAS capabilities and differentiation. • Consult with prospective and existing customers to understand their infrastructure challenges, storage requirements, and business objectives — then architect solutions that fit. • Partner closely with Account Executives and the Director of Sales to develop and execute deal strategy for key opportunities across the region. • Enable and support channel partners and resellers with technical training, joint customer engagements, and demo support — particularly in India, Malaysia, and Singapore where channel ecosystems are critical. • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires with clear, compelling, and accurate content. • Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape (NetApp, Dell, Pure Storage, Synology, etc.) and articulate TrueNAS' differentiation with confidence. • Serve as the voice of the APAC customer internally — funneling market feedback, feature requests, and competitive intelligence to Product and Engineering teams. • Draft and contribute to presentations, solution briefs, case studies, and other sales collateral tailored to APAC audiences. • Provide post-sale technical support and guidance to ensure customer success and drive expansion opportunities.
Vice President, Global Support Services – Customer Care

• Define and execute a multi-year strategy for global Support and Customer Care operations • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Sales leadership to support growth and adoption • Oversee global technical support operations for all TrueNAS products • Drive continuous improvement of support processes • Provide regular executive-level reporting on support health, customer risk, and improvement initiatives
• Achieve Annual and Quarterly Sales Key Performance Indicators, Objectives, and Revenue Goals. • Respond to assigned inbound inquiries. • Vet and determine end-user business objectives - elevate the conversation. • Produce and deliver quotes, and book revenue to meet sales and margin goals. • Actively prospect to generate sufficient pipeline to achieve sales revenue goals and KPIs. • Will target and manage strategic accounts with a goal of providing outstanding customer service and expanding within the organization, finding additional business opportunities. • Demonstrate a winning track record when competing against Fortune 100 tech companies. • Maintain a deep understanding of the iXsystems value proposition and product offering. • Effectively communicate and present the iXsystems company vision, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy to prospects, existing customers, and channel partners. • Maintain a high-level understanding of the competitive landscape. • Engage with customer and prospect technology teams to effectively communicate and educate end users and decision-makers about the solutions we provide. • Collaborate with Sales Engineer and Sales Management to secure revenues. • Collaborate with Systems Engineer for customer/prospect configurations. • Collaborate with Business Development Representatives on the development of Qualified Opportunities. • Handle an end-to-end complex and technical sales process from a sales accepted lead • Document sales activities within Salesforce.
• Generate growth around TrueNAS' full portfolio of hybrid and all flash unified storage arrays. • Effectively communicate and present the TrueNAS company vision, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy in all communication forms. • Handle a complex and technical medium-term sales process from lead to quote to close to maintenance, support, and advocacy. • Generate revenue by developing business and securing long-term customer relationships and referrals by demonstrating a steadfast commitment to providing an amazing customer experience by becoming your customers' Trusted Advisor.
