Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled problem-solver to join our team as a Marketing Operations Specialist. This role will optimize our marketing automation, website operations, and cross-functional marketing responsibilities. The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting marketing operations through Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot), optimizing the ISEP website (Ruby on Rails), and serving as a key liaison between Marketing, Business Operations, and IT. The Specialist will be responsible for learning both the student journey (B2C) and yearly B2B operations of ISEP and will build automated campaigns to improve engagement at each stage of the pipeline. The ideal candidate combines a passion for marketing with strong technical, operational, and analytical skills to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency. Qualifications - 2 years of experience on a marketing team, ideally in marketing operations, marketing automation, CRM administration, marketing campaign execution, or similar role - Hands-on experience using email marketing automation platforms - Experience maintaining website content - Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills - Excellent communication skills, demonstrated by application materials - Experience in cross-functional (many different teams/roles) collaboration Requirements - Build and maintain automated engagement programs for B2B and B2C audiences - Develop audience segmentation strategies and campaign logic for all targeted communications - Test and optimize email campaigns for deliverability, accessibility, engagement, and conversion performance - Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, layouts, calls-to-action, and audience segmentation - Monitor email performance metrics and recommend ongoing improvements - Ensure compliance and consistency in MCAE communications, forms, lists, and automations - Build and manage automated workflows for webinars, events, recruitment initiatives, and other marketing campaigns - Coordinate event registration, follow-up communications, and reminders through MCAE engagement programs - Keep Salesforce MCAE content (emails, forms, lists) organized - In collaboration with ISEP’s Salesforce Administrator, create email engagement and other relevant reports - Under the direction of MarCom leadership, update and maintain the ISEP website structure and flow to improve the user experience - Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvements using Google Analytics and Salesforce - Ensure the ISEP website meets accessibility and compliance standards - In collaboration with the marketing team, update website content as needed - Collaborate with web developers to support marketing functionality within Ruby on Rails websites and applications - Coordinate communication and project execution tied to annual seasonal readiness and organizational operations - Document recurring operational cycles in Asana - Organize and maintain marketing files, digital assets, and shared content libraries - Support the development and maintenance of a centralized MarCom Hub for staff resources and collaboration - Under the guidance of the Director of Marketing, review marketing support intake requests and assist in project coordination - In partnership with IT, research, test, and implement AI-driven tools and integrations that improve marketing operations and efficiency - Support emerging marketing technology initiatives and process innovation - Produce and maintain reports and dashboards related to marketing performance, engagement metrics, campaign effectiveness, and lead generation - Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization recommendations - Support attribution tracking and reporting initiatives across digital campaigns - Track and report on user behavior and website entry points Company Description

The internship is designed to allow a candidate to gain exposure to many different facets of international education within an organization that mobilizes students across 50+ countries. Principal Relationships - Internal: Assistant Director of Student Services, Student Services Supervisor – Program Operations - External: ISEP Coordinators, faculty, and other contacts at member institutions Key Job Responsibilities - Organize and issue student transcripts to University partners - Triage general email inquiries and delegate to relevant staff member - Research programmatic information (expenses, application processes, housing updates, etc.) to update advising materials - Collect and catalogue internal application instructions for University partners - Prepare email templates to be sent for updates needed to student applications Qualifications - Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program - Strong command of English - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on intercultural and interpersonal effectiveness - Strong research and organizational skills including attention to detail - Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds - Ability to work during normal ISEP business hours, Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm eastern standard time (up to 20 hours a week) Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Office365 or Microsoft Office Suite - Previous study abroad experience, preferably on an ISEP Study Abroad program - Motivation and enthusiasm for the field of international education Requirements - Non-exempt, part-time (20 hours per week) - Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly - Internship Dates: July - September 2026 - Location: Remote/In-Person at Rosslyn Office
Role Description The Assistant Director for Member Relations – U.S. East provides day-to-day leadership for institutional engagement, regional relationship management, and student mobility initiatives for ISEP Exchange Member Institutions across the Eastern United States, with direct management responsibilities for Member Institutions in the Midwest and Northeast regions. Reporting to the Director of U.S. Member Relations, this role works collaboratively with member institutions and internal teams to support participation in ISEP Exchange and ISEP Direct programs, strengthen institutional partnerships, and ensure successful program delivery. The Assistant Director serves as a primary contact for assigned member institutions in the U.S. Midwest and Northeast, focusing on: - Relationship building - Recruitment strategies - Program management - Maintaining ISEP membership standards This position also supervises University Relations Managers (URMs) within the U.S. East region, overseeing regional program management and addressing any issues requiring escalation. As part of the leadership role, this position contributes to: - Regional planning - Staff training - Cross-functional initiatives that support organizational goals and member satisfaction This role is well suited for an experienced international education professional who is relationship-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about expanding access to global learning opportunities. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree - 5–7 years of professional experience in international education, study abroad, student recruitment, higher education administration, or related fields - Experience building and maintaining relationships with higher education stakeholders - Strong verbal, written, presentation, and cross-cultural communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while working collaboratively across teams - Experience using CRM systems, reporting tools, or data to support outreach and decision-making - Ability and willingness to travel extensively, including occasional overnight and non-traditional hours - Demonstrated commitment to intercultural learning, inclusive engagement, and the value of international education Requirements - Supervise, mentor, and support University Relations Managers (URMs) within the designated region - Collaborate with internal teams across Member Relations, Student Services, Marketing & Communications, and Affiliate Engagement to support program success and institutional partnerships - Support day-to-day regional program operations to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to ISEP membership standards - Assist institutions with program processes, issue resolution, and operational questions related to participation in ISEP programs - Monitor member engagement and satisfaction and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address concerns and support positive outcomes - Participate in cross-functional projects and organizational initiatives as assigned Benefits - This position requires regular travel to member and prospective institutions, conferences, and professional events to support institutional engagement and student recruitment efforts - Travel may increase during peak recruitment and conference seasons and can constitute up to 70% of work time during certain periods
