Role Description The Recording Specialist role will execute recording service duties on behalf of our customers either at our customer office location or at one of our centralized hub locations. Overview Job Purpose The ICE Mortgage Technology’s Professional Services Consultant will be responsible for driving the adoption, optimization, and deployment of our solutions. Using their expertise and the organization’s best practices, the consultant will aid in the design, building, and delivery of the solution. The consultant will also assist in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, and configuration, along with testing and deployment. The ideal candidate will have three to five years' experience implementing software solutions. Overview Job Purpose The Client Success Manager is responsible for their customer’s overall success with a client’s investment into Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) Client Engagement Solutions in terms of new sales, expansion, contract renewal, revenue retention and adoption of products, features, and releases. CSMs coordinate with cross-functional internal teams on behalf of their customers to drive value, promote customer satisfaction, and increase deployment and utilization. They engage internal and external stakeholders and act as a trusted point of contact to their assigned accounts. Overview Job Purpose Serves as a contributor with knowledge in particular business processes responsible for formulating systems scope and objectives relative to a client organization's business plan and industry requirements. Acts as member of a project team responsible for providing technical guidance concerning the business implications of the application of various systems. Provides technical consulting on projects.
