Responsibilities Executive Support - Manage the CEO’s calendar, email, travel, and meetings with accuracy and confidentiality. - Proactively anticipate needs, prepare agendas, materials, and logistics before being asked. - Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO to ensure alignment. - Track follow-ups, priorities, and deliverables to keep projects moving. - Help prepare slide decks, presentations, or briefing notes when needed. - Research and secure industry-specific podcast interviews for the CEO Financial Coordination - Gather and organize tax documents; liaise with the CPA. - Track expenses, pay bills, and coordinate with financial advisors. Travel & Calendar Management - Arrange all travel: flights, accommodations, ground transport, and itineraries. - Ensure travel aligns with both business priorities and personal preferences. - Prioritize and gatekeep the CEO’s time, ensuring focus on what matters most. Requirements Experience - 6+ years supporting C-suite executives (CEO, Founder, or President level). - Proven experience handling professional tasks with confidentiality. - Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (media, eCommerce, or tech a plus). Skills - Strong in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar). Organized, systems-minded, and detail-oriented. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Tech-savvy, familiar with Slack, ClickUp, Dropbox, and Zoom. Attributes - Assertive, proactive, and decisive. - Highly detail-oriented and reliable. - Forward-thinking and resourceful, you anticipate rather than react. - Adaptable, self-directed, and confident in managing competing priorities. This is an individual contributor role (no direct reports) with high ownership, responsible for improving retention, reducing churn, increasing repeat purchase rate and maximizing lifetime value. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our subscription ecosystem, lifecycle automations and retention programs. You will be empowered to make data-driven decisions, run experiments, and implement initiatives that materially impact revenue.
