Job Requirements

- Proven success managing cross‑functional, revenue‑impacting initiatives
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools
- Advanced ClickUp expertise strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Gantt charts and dependencies
- Sprint‑based execution
- Cross‑team coordination
- Strong cross-functional execution experience in growth/ops/launch contexts
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication at all levels

We own and operate 85 hydropower plants in 18 states with a combined capacity of more than 690 megawatts, and have begun construction on a portfolio of solar projects that will add to that generation.
Role Description Eagle Creek Renewable Energy owns and/or operates 85 hydroelectric facilities throughout the United States and is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management Team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience and preference will be given to candidates with power generation or civil experience. As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closeout of assigned civil, mechanical, electrical, and controls projects across our portfolio of hydroelectric plants. Systems you may work on include: - Dams - Intakes - Penstocks - Powerhouses - Fish ladders and passages - Turbines - Generators - Powertrain components - Auxiliary mechanical systems - Electrical switchgear - Transformers - PLC control systems - Protective relaying - Floodgate lifting mechanisms - Environmental protection equipment - Other systems As part of this role, you will collaborate with project leads, operations managers, operators, and engineering professionals working on projects. Your position will report to the Director of Project Management. This position is classified as remote; however, it requires a heavy travel expectation as required (30%).
