• The AI Solutions Lead is responsible for driving applied AI outcomes across business units • A phased build of a cross-platform data + knowledge aggregator for customer-facing teams • Manage customer intelligence platform focused on support and optimization • Conduct AI maturity assessments and build tools for high-ROI opportunities as directed • Establish feedback loops and develop governance guidelines for the group • Facilitate AI workshops and coaching across the portfolio

• Provide technical product management for the entire Fusion product suite • Drive product development processes to ensure timely delivery and product quality • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends • Gather and analyze user feedback and data for continuous improvements
