• The Compliance & MLRO Officer is responsible for ensuring Ingot’s policies and procedures comply with regulatory standards and obligations in Seychelles • Performing regular audits and ensuring all persons onboarded as clients meet criteria set out under the Company’s compliance manual • Offer regular training to all employees on relevant compliance requirements and AML procedures • Prepare and submit compliance reports and disclosures as mandated by laws and regulations • Ensure all financial, compliance and risk reporting are performed timely to FSA • Follow up with FSA on inspections and provide necessary documentation • Identify, assess, advise on, monitor, and report on compliance with regulatory requirements • Ensure the company maintains a manual of compliance policies and procedures • Develop a compliance culture and ensure all directors and relevant staff are familiar with AML/CFT laws • Implement training programs for relevant staff at least once per year
• Analyze requirements and technical documentation to define effective test strategies • Design and execute manual test cases • Support test documentation on a regular basis • Manual testing with focus on Backend and API testing • Maintain and extend existing test frameworks • Contribute to CI/CD integration of test automation • Develop and maintain performance and load tests to cover key system components • Identify, document, and track bugs in collaboration with developers and the product team • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release verification • Ensure test coverage for critical user flows, edge cases, and regression scenarios • And any other duties as required by the role

• To act as the 'First Line of Defense' for the Spanish-speaking client base • Handle daily volume of Live Chats and Tickets within SLA (response time < 60s for chat) • Execute Level 1 SOPs for Password Resets, Deposit Declines, and Withdrawal Status queries • Assist clients with Webtrader login errors, platform navigation, and basic trade inquiries (e.g., 'Why was my trade closed?') • Explain rejection reasons to clients clearly in Spanish to help them get verified faster • Triage technical bugs to the Tech Lead and complex complaints to Compliance • Assist in localizing Help Center articles and macro templates into LATAM Spanish • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients via email, live chat, and tickets • Support the onboarding process for new clients and update existing client accounts as needed • Verify and monitor KYC documentation for new clients and collaborate with compliance to resolve discrepancies • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and KYC approvals • Process manual transactions (creating and/or reassigning) • Engage with assigned clients proactively to address their needs and ensure satisfaction • Collaborate with the Team Leader to implement strategies for retaining valuable clients • Adhere to any requests related to the above points while upholding the company’s values (Ethics, Commitment, Innovation)

Role Description The Senior Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. This role involves leading complex technical projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring that software solutions align with business goals and technical standards. The Senior Software Developer plays a crucial role in driving technical innovation, optimizing development processes, and delivering scalable and reliable software products. Main Activities & Responsibilities: - Write and maintain high-quality, efficient code that meets project requirements and technical standards. - Analyse technical requirements and adapt code to align with these needs, ensuring robustness and scalability. - Implement and promote best coding practices across the project to ensure code quality and maintainability. - Develop and oversee quality assurance procedures, including testing strategies and methodologies to ensure reliable software delivery. - Analyse technical requirements and translate them into functional code and solutions. - Identify areas for improvement and propose revisions to enhance existing projects. - Collaborate with other developers, designers, QA testers, system analysts, and business analysts to ensure cohesive development efforts. - Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment and progress towards project goals. - Document all aspects of the development process, including code changes, development workflows, and technical specifications for future reference and maintenance. - Integrate various software components and ensure their interoperability. - Conduct thorough testing of software to identify, troubleshoot, and fix issues, ensuring a high level of functionality and performance. Qualifications - Proficiency in .NET framework and .NET Core (or .NET 8/9/10). - Deep knowledge of C#. - Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken). - Experience with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and ASP.NET Core for building web applications and services. - Strong skills in SQL / No-SQL, including writing complex queries and performance tuning. - Experience with Entity Framework or other ORM tools. - Experience with software design patterns, architectural styles (e.g., microservices), and best practices for scalable and maintainable applications. - Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git, including branching, merging, and pull requests. - Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit, xUnit) and test-driven development (TDD). - Experience with automated testing tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Github Actions, Jenkins). - Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS. - Skills in profiling, debugging, and optimizing .NET applications for performance and scalability.
