• Closing accounts, congruent with defined monthly, quarterly and/or annual goals that ensure mutually beneficial satisfaction for the customer and for IMMY • Calling prospective customers to drive leads through the sales pipeline • Responding in a timely manner to requests for information, orders and other requests from customers about any of IMMY’s product offerings or related items • Having a working, technical knowledge of the diseases IMMY tests for and the tests themselves, so as to engage in technical discussions with potential clients • Remaining knowledgeable and up-to-date with changes and developments in the medical diagnostic industry, as well as with fungal diseases and our customer base around the world • Recommending changes of products, services, and policy by evaluating the results from our products and based on customer feedback • Accurate recordkeeping of the sales opportunity progress in HubSpot, ERP and/or other database • Traveling to tradeshows and site visits showcasing IMMY’s product offering among fellow vendors and labs, representing the company at a variety of sales and marketing events • Maintaining relationships with lab managers and lead technicians to create raving fans of IMMY’s tests
• The US Sales Director for IMMY is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving domestic revenue growth and market expansion for IMMY's innovative fungal diagnostic solutions. • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that enhance IMMY’s market presence and solidify the company’s position as a preeminent provider of fungal diagnostics worldwide. • Leading a high-performing sales and technical support team to achieve ambitious sales targets. • Managing and strengthening relationships with distributors and partners. • Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, business development, product development, and regulatory affairs. • Ensure the successful launch and adoption of IMMY's products in diverse US markets.
• Responsible for the development and execution of key marketing communications initiatives in national and international markets. • Supports various internal and external communications responsibilities including print, email, website, social media, and other marketing and advertising medium. • Ensures communication priorities are aligned with organizational goals by participating in cross-functional strategic teams. • Partners closely with product marketing, sales, clinical, and leadership to maintain cohesive messaging and coordinated execution. • Oversees development, review, and approval of all external-facing marketing materials for accuracy and brand alignment. • Coordinates planning, development, and refresh of product marketing materials across the portfolio. • Designs and develops sales tools and resources that articulate product value and support field effectiveness. • Assists in creating press releases and presentation decks, and manages design projects with internal graphic design and external agencies. • Provides creative direction to ensure materials meet brand and quality standards. • Manages vendor relationships for literature production, printing, and fulfillment. • Supports team members in execution of digital asset development and social media. • Owns and drives the overall tradeshow and conference strategy, managing booth design, production, and onsite execution to deliver a consistent brand presence.
• Lead initiatives to market IMMY and IMMY products locally, nationally, and internationally in order to increase visibility and market share • Serve as the product and disease-state SME for IMMY’s HAI and cancer-related fungal diagnostics portfolio, providing expertise across LFA, PCR, and EIA technologies • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that support annual operating plan goals and product placement targets • Create product positioning, value statements, and messaging frameworks that differentiate IMMY’s products and solutions • Drive product strategy, shapes market perception, empowers commercial teams, and strengthens IMMY’s leadership in fungal disease diagnostics
