Investigo

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Support teams in delivering against roadmap priorities in a structured and predictable way • Work closely with Product Owners to support backlog refinement, prioritisation, and clarity of requirements • Identify and remove blockers that impact team progress and delivery • Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices, encouraging continuous improvement • Help improve collaboration between engineering, product, and wider business stakeholders • Support visibility of delivery through Jira and other reporting tools • Contribute to improving delivery processes, tooling, and ways of working across teams • Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning • Consistent and predictable delivery across sprints and releases • Improved team collaboration and engagement • Clear, well-managed backlogs aligned to business priorities • Reduced blockers and smoother delivery flow • Continuous improvement in Agile maturity across teams

• Design, build, and maintain automated tests across API, integration, and UI layers • Contribute to the development and evolution of test frameworks and tooling • Embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines • Work closely with engineers to ensure testability and quality are built into solutions from the outset • Improve test reliability, reduce flakiness, and optimise feedback cycles • Support test strategy, coverage, and best practices across teams • Debug issues and help identify root causes across distributed systems • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and engineering standards
