Role Description In this role, you will be responsible for delivering on assigned sales targets related to company products and services in line with the annual IBA Radio Pharma Solutions strategy, sales plan, margin objective and company ethical standards to guarantee full compliance with all regulatory requirements. - Achieve assigned sales and margin targets within new clients in each territory. - Negotiate best deals in accordance with the pricing strategy and business ethics. - Influence, convince and/or negotiate with client representatives at high levels including C's levels (CFO, CEO, COO). - Track activities and customer information in CRM database (Sales Force/ Business Express); accurate and timely reporting. - Manage relationships with stakeholders: customers, prospects, B2B contacts and key opinion leaders. - Ensure up to date clinical and/or technical knowledge and communicate to customers/prospects; contribute to market intelligence. - Report any adverse event regarding products to regulatory bodies in due date (pharmacovigilance, etc.). - Work closely with operations, marketing and internal departments to ensure product/service availability, delivery on time. - Federate and form selling team to get a sale. - Set up a network of agents. - Maintain current knowledge of clinical, regulatory, and technical developments to effectively communicate with customers and prospects. - Provide market insights by staying informed about competitors and monitoring market trends and developments. - Work closely with product management, product innovation, marketing and other relevant departments to ensure alignment between business problems in the market and the company’s solutions portfolio. - Participate in conferences and trade shows, as well as marketing campaigns. Qualifications - 10-15 relevant successful sales experience in complex high-tech products, ideally within cyclotron business/radiopharmacy and/or Nuclear Medicine sectors. - Bachelors degree preferred. - Fluency in French is an asset, however not required. Role Description The market access director US is accountable for executing, adapting and operationalizing the global market access & reimbursement strategy across the US healthcare system.
