Role Description We are seeking an Executive Account Manager with strong enterprise sales experience in healthcare technology. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, manage complex sales cycles, and drive expansion within healthcare strategic accounts. This role requires a consultative, business-driven professional who can operate across clinical, operational, and executive levels within health systems. This is a remote role working from home with up to 50% travel. Responsibilities - Own and grow strategic enterprise healthcare accounts, including expansion and upsell opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives - Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from opportunity to close - Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer outcomes - Negotiate commercial terms and manage procurement processes - Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce - Represent Hyro at customer meetings and industry events - Contribute to the ongoing development of enterprise sales processes and strategy Qualifications - 6+ years of enterprise sales or strategic account management experience in B2B SaaS - Proven experience selling into healthcare systems and complex enterprise environments - Strong track record of managing large, multi-stakeholder deals - Ability to engage confidently with senior and executive stakeholders - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Benefits - Commissions are uncapped. - Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Qualifications - 6+ years of sales experience, specifically enterprise selling complex solutions to department leaders and executives across Patient Access, Patient Accounting, IT, HR, Marketing, and other areas of the health system. - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field. - Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment. - Proven track record of overachieving in previous sales roles. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and effective and confident presentation skills. - Proven track record working in a team environment, collaborating with product, development, technical, and customer service staff. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Offered rate of compensation (NY locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $175,000 annually exempt. The range provided is for NY-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than NY may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
