• Identify and recruit top-tier DeFi projects (Lending, AMM, Derivatives, Yield Aggregators) and RWA initiatives to build on the chain. • Act as the primary bridge between external project teams and our internal engineering team. Guide projects through the deployment lifecycle, from smart contract interaction to mainnet launch. • Advise ecosystem projects on liquidity provision, cross-chain bridging strategies, and asset management to ensure a healthy, liquid on-chain environment. • Leverage your knowledge of Real World Assets to lead the integration of tokenized assets, ensuring compliance and technical compatibility with our L1/L2 infrastructure. • Work closely with APAC-based teams to align ecosystem growth with regional market trends and liquidity flows.

• Design and execute GTM strategies that align the incentives of developers, validators, and end-users to drive total value locked (TVL) and on-chain activity. • Establish the protocol as the "de facto" standard in its niche (e.g., Modular Rollups, RWA, or ZK-Infrastructure) by translating technical primitives into high-impact narratives for institutional and retail audiences. • Transition the marketing function from "audience building" to "ecosystem governance," empowering the DAO and community contributors to act as decentralized brand evangelists. • Utilize on-chain analytics and wallet-behavior data to track marketing ROI, moving beyond clicks and impressions to measure active addresses, retention, and protocol stickiness.
