Role Description The DRP Lead is a role for someone ready to invest in their own growth while contributing to the strength of the team around them. This is a working lead position—answering calls remains the primary responsibility, and leadership happens while staying on the phones, not by stepping away from them. This person leads by example, shows up for their team, and is ready to step into something more. Responsibility and Leadership: - Trusted to make day-to-day decisions independently. - Approves minor schedule swaps between agents over email, with the manager included on the thread. - Helps agents work through difficult calls in the moment, whether by chat or phone. - Tasks agents and prioritizes time-sensitive tasks or cases for patients. - Formal disciplinary action, policy changes, schedule changes beyond minor swaps, PTO, and HR-related matters are handled by the manager. Responsibilities: - Answering inbound and outbound calls is the primary responsibility of this role. - Work key daily and monthly reports and follow up with callers. - Serve as the first point of contact for agents when the manager is unavailable. - Monitor call flow and support agents with questions or difficult calls in real time. - Ensure daily processes run smoothly — confirmation texts, reschedule queue, file accuracy. - Participate in coaching conversations and team meetings. - Listen to live calls to support quality and consistency. Qualifications - Minimum 1 year experience as a Contact Center Agent at Human Coalition. - Consistently meets or exceeds performance metrics. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Bilingual English and Spanish preferred. - Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and a deep commitment to the mission and vision of Human Coalition. - Comfortable with Salesforce, Twilio Flex, and Microsoft Office. - A heart for developing others and a desire to grow as a leader. Schedule This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule of opening and closing shifts within our hours of operation, 7 AM to 6 PM. Fridays close at 3 PM. The Lead will also be on call to support the agent working Saturday, with this on-call responsibility rotating as well. Schedule is subject to discussion and adjustment based on team needs and organizational requirements. Supervisory Experience None. This role is an individual contributor. Associate Director of Strategic Partnership

Role Description The Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships is a mid-level fundraising professional responsible for securing new and increased funds from a provided caseload by building relationships with donors, strategic cultivation, and active solicitation. This individual will focus on donor engagement, stewardship, and cultivation to increase giving and donor retention. The Associate Director will track interactions in the CRM, develop and execute donor strategies, and play a key role in moving donors up the giving pyramid. This individual will be expected to work towards meeting monthly and quarterly budget fundraising goals. Essential Functions: - Donor and Prospect Stewardship & Fundraising (70%) - Manage a portfolio of 400-600 donors and prospects, ensuring meaningful, individualized engagement and stewardship. - Develop and implement strategies to cultivate donors, increase retention, and upgrade giving levels. - Conduct regular outreach, including phone calls, emails, texts, hand-written cards, virtual meetings, other personalized communications, and in-person meetings. - Move donors through the giving pipeline by identifying opportunities for increased engagement. - Research donors online to find additional points of contact or more information about them, their family, and their passions using tools like LinkedIn or TruePeopleSearch.com, etc. - Cultivate new donor prospects to expand the organization’s funding base. - Leverage events, digital campaigns, and personalized engagement to turn prospects into active donors. - Data & CRM Management (15%) - Record all donor interactions, touchpoints, and moves management activities in the CRM in a timely and accurate manner. - Analyze donor data and trends to inform fundraising strategies. - Maintain a high level of organization and accountability in tracking donor progress and engagement. - Strategy & Collaboration (15%) - Work closely with the development team to create and execute donor engagement strategies. - Attend and actively participate in internal meetings to continue to grow fundraising strategies and meet organizational goals. - Frequently review and align donor messaging with organizational impact in accordance with coaching and training provided by leadership and the Communications team. - Collaborate with leadership and other development staff and consultants to implement strategies for acquiring new donors and increasing current donors. - Occasionally participate in donor events or webinars. - Assist in developing and executing strategies for donor appreciation and recognition. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Passionately aligned with the mission and vision of Human Coalition, with a deep passion for Human Coalition’s mission to make abortion unthinkable and unnecessary. - Profession of Christian faith, in alignment with Human Coalition’s Statement of Faith. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to think strategically and execute donor engagement plans effectively. - Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities. Requirements - Previous successful fundraising experience preferred.
