Responsibilities: We’re looking for a highly autonomous Full Stack Engineer to own and evolve a survey application built on Ruby on Rails. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-ownership environment and is excited to leverage AI as a core part of the development workflow. • The Product Implementation Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our Practice Management platform and associated product suite for Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs). • This role guides clients through the end-to-end implementation process, providing expert support and training to enable efficient use of system features, including inventory management, preference cards, revenue cycle management (RCM), billing, scheduling, reporting, and EHR. • Key responsibilities include configuring system settings, coordinating and conducting both onsite and virtual training sessions, and developing tailored training materials that reflect ASC operations and adult learning principles. • The Product Implementation Manager also provides ongoing client support, addresses complex issues with sound judgment, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. • Success in this role is measured by building strong client partnerships, driving confident adoption of our solutions, and ensuring sustained satisfaction through high CSAT scores and operational excellence. • Deliver onsite, classroom, and remote training on HST Pathways software products, using established tools and methodologies. • Lead training sessions for facility administrators, office managers, clinical staff, and physicians, focusing on daily use, administrative functions, and role-specific responsibilities within each application. • Create and maintain documentation and educational materials in partnership with the Learning and Development Team. • Contribute to curriculum design and training content for product upgrades and new releases. • Stay current with training best practices and adult learning methods to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention. • Research third-party vendor integrations to provide operational expertise and ensure seamless interaction with HST Pathways applications. • Develop and update operational documentation, internal Knowledge Base content, and application Help Files to support staff and client learning. • Collaborate with internal departments to identify content gaps and implement process improvements in client education and implementation. • Partner with the implementation leadership team to support achievement of organizational OKRs and KPIs. • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to determine whether they are application-related, escalating to the appropriate vendor when necessary. • Represent HST Pathways’ mission and values in all client and partner interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process. • Travel is up to 50% as required to deliver training and client support.

• An experienced Revenue Cycle Management Sales Specialist to help our Revenue Team grow bookings and expand adoption of HST’s revenue cycle management services. • This role will play a crucial part in helping execute revenue cycle management sales cycles. • Revenue Cycle Sales Support & Deal Execution Support Account Executives in selling HST’s revenue cycle management services into the Ambulatory Surgery Center market, serving as the RCM subject matter expert throughout the sales process. • Help qualify RCM opportunities within both new logo prospects and existing customer accounts, and partner with sellers to develop account strategies, opportunity plans, business cases, and deal execution plans. • Lead RCM-focused discovery conversations to understand billing operations, collections performance, denial trends, staffing challenges, payer issues, cash acceleration, and overall revenue cycle performance. • Present HST’s RCM services in a clear, consultative, and value-oriented manner, helping prospects and customers understand how improved revenue cycle performance can drive financial outcomes, operational efficiency, and better business visibility. • Quantify customer pain points and articulate the financial and operational impact of improving revenue cycle performance, bringing credibility and depth to discovery, solution positioning, and executive-level discussions. • Partner closely with Account Executives, sales leadership, demand generation, and operations teams to build and advance pipeline, support proposal development, pricing conversations, RFP responses, and executive presentations. • Follow and help improve HST’s sales methodology as it relates to consultative RCM selling, while maintaining accurate opportunity notes, activities, and pipeline information in Salesforce. • Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with internal revenue cycle operations, implementation, customer success, product, and sales teams to align proposed solutions with customer needs. • Partner with internal teams to ensure prospect and customer feedback is communicated clearly and used to improve positioning, solution design, and go-to-market execution. • Work with a Revenue Team that prioritizes coaching, practice, and continuous improvement. • Sales Enablement & Market Expertise Provide input into sales enablement materials, talk tracks, discovery guides, objection handling, and competitive positioning for RCM services. • Train and coach sellers on how to identify RCM opportunities, ask effective discovery questions, and position HST’s RCM value proposition. • Stay current on ASC revenue cycle trends, payer dynamics, reimbursement challenges, outsourcing trends, and competitive offerings.
• The Junior Systems Engineer helps design, build, automate, and support infrastructure across our AWS first environment, with additional systems hosted in Azure, GCP, and our colocation facility. • This role is ideal for someone early in their engineering career who has foundational experience with cloud technologies, identity services, Windows/Linux systems, and basic automation—and who is ready to grow into a full systems engineer focused on architecture, performance, automation, and large scale systems work. • You will collaborate closely with other technical resources and cross functional teams to enhance the reliability, security, and scalability of our infrastructure while learning engineering best practices across cloud, identity, automation, and systems architecture. • Assist in the design, maintenance, and modernization of Microsoft Active Directory and related identity systems. • Support AD forest/domain structure, OU design, and Group Policy lifecycle management. • Troubleshoot complex identity and authentication issues involving AD, DNS, certificates, cloud identity connectors, and application integrations. • Participate in identity modernization projects such as: Azure AD/Entra ID integrations, Federation / SSO improvements, Conditional access and MFA hardening, Domain cleanup, consolidation, and lifecycle updates, Contribute to AD automation using PowerShell, DSC, or infrastructure as code patterns. • Assist in designing and implementing infrastructure in AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, networking, storage). • Gain exposure to supporting parallel environments in Azure, GCP, and on prem/colo infrastructure. • Participate in planning and assisting with large system deployments, migrations, and upgrades, including: Hybrid → cloud migrations, SQL Server upgrades and data migrations, Identity modernization initiatives, Container platform upgrades (ECS/EKS, Kubernetes clusters) Support environment build outs including provisioning, validation, documentation, and post deployment testing. • Support Windows Server and Linux environments, including updates, troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident response.

• Build and lead our content marketing, blend creativity with insights to grow engagement with our audience, and further our content and brand. • Lead and host our podcast episodes, strategy, and distribution • Lead the creation and promotion of our data benchmarks and insights reports, in collaboration with the Data Science team. • Lead social media publishing and engagement • Oversee the Marketing design process and brand cohesion, including overseeing the design agency we use • Run other content programs such as website bundles of our top resources by topic, customer webinars, branded emails for campaigns and newsletters, and client awards • Prep HST speakers at conferences and help prepare their presentations. • Ideal if you can become enough of an ASC expert over time that you’re invited to speak at conferences.
• Become immersed in the company’s existing technology frameworks and new software architectures. • Develop well designed, testable, high quality, efficient code meeting requirements and adhering to the company’s coding standards and best practices. • Execute and/or oversee the creation of design documents (including code samples/outlines) and detailed engineering specifications based on complex business, user, and non-functional (e.g., performance, reliability, balance, and controls) requirements. • Partner with the Product Manager to gather requirements and fully understand project goals, and then use this information to effectively plan and lead the development process for new features. • Lead the code review process to ensure development work adheres to standards and specifications. • Ensure all code is effectively unit tested prior to being released to the quality assurance team. • Assist the quality assurance team in identifying test cases and test plans to enable a thorough functional test of all development deliverables.
