Role Description We are seeking dedicated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Virtual Call Center Agents. In this remote position, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service. Role Description We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Records Clerk to help maintain and manage our company’s digital and physical records. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all files, documents, and data are accurately stored, updated, and accessible to authorized team members.
