Role Description This role involves identifying and onboarding climate-focused businesses that are strong candidates to raise capital on Honeycomb’s platform. - Source and qualify new issuers for Honeycomb’s climate crowdfunding offerings - Manage the early sales cycle and guide companies through Honeycomb’s Regulation Crowdfunding application process - Transition approved issuers to Honeycomb’s internal customer success team Qualifications - Demonstrated experience in enterprise or consultative sales - Experience selling high-value solutions with longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders - Experience in the solar, battery storage, renewable energy, or broader climate development ecosystem - Comfort discussing financing structures and capital needs with project developers - Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms to manage pipelines and deal flow Requirements - Strong ability to source and generate your own pipeline through networking, events, and outbound outreach - Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment - Ability to understand and communicate key financial terms throughout the sales process - Experience with project finance, renewable energy finance, or structured finance is strongly preferred - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating independently Benefits - Commission-only structure with strong earning potential tied directly to deals sourced and closed - Paid training and onboarding - Opportunity to leverage your existing network within the renewable energy ecosystem - Flexible, remote work structure - Work with an innovative platform bringing new capital solutions to climate businesses - Be part of a mission-driven company helping accelerate the deployment of clean energy projects
