Role Description The Billing Specialist is responsible for managing the billing process to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of customers. This role involves: - Preparing and issuing invoices - Verifying billing data - Resolving discrepancies - Working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure proper account reconciliation The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of billing procedures, accounting principles, and customer service. WHO WE NEED: As a DevOps Engineer II, you will support and mature our AWS cloud footprint.
