• Reports to the Director, Partner Success • Responsible for supporting the Partner Success team to maintain on-going relationships with leading companies across all health care industry sectors • Mix of data integrity maintenance and tactical program implementation • Provides weekly, trusted, tracking and visibility for the partner success team to accurately track progress against milestones and deadlines • Drives and owns weekly goals meetings with data that allows partner success leaders to effectively prioritize their time and focus • Creates and maintains effective Salesforce dashboards and reports • Makes sure Salesforce records are up to date and correct at all times • Takes a proactive approach to supporting partner success strategy • Identify and Track Opportunities for Upsell, Based on Client Needs • Continually Refines Processes to Better Serve partner Needs • Manages Clear Communication Pathways to Prevent Friction Around Sponsor Delivery Internally and Externally • Manages day-to-day progress of all sponsorships including communications, proposals, problem-solving, project design and implementation • Tracks milestones and objectives of each sponsor and manages relationships to create desired value • Provides admin support to partner success team members for sponsor onboarding and planning calls

• Support and work effectively with all team members within the Fellowship Partnership team to achieve/exceed revenue goals • Own an effective process that provides weekly updates for the sales team to accurately track progress against sales goals • Prepare for weekly Pipeline meetings with data that allows sales leaders to effectively prioritize their time and focus • Create and maintain effective and accurate Salesforce dashboards and reports • Ensure Salesforce records are consistently up to date and accurate • Assist the VP in supporting the team to achieve goals • Manage pipelines in Salesforce to accurately record progress; track against agreed upon goals, and forecast effectively • Develop strong prospect and target lists within salesforce across multiple products – Forum, events, media programs, etc. • Maintain organization of business development and Fellowship related materials and information • Maintain client database in Salesforce so that sponsor records and contacts are continually up to date • Collaborate with the team to develop an effective go-to-market sales strategy for each product/event • Attend and take notes on Business Development calls • Link box notes to salesforce effectively • Help maintain a strong, fun, inclusive office culture including celebrations and team outings

• Develop a keen understanding of the value of Health Evolution’s membership and meeting packages • Develop and execute annual strategic plan for renewing and expanding relationship with current members, and acquiring new ones • Apply strategic, relationship-based approach to selling integrated, enterprise-wide membership • Work in partnership with the head of Member Services, to support smooth hand-off of closed business to internal teams while continuing to advise and support in order to maintain high customer satisfaction levels • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with senior level decision makers within member and prospective member companies • Ability to learn and understand the priorities, challenges, and opportunities within each market sector (Technology, Services, Financial, etc.) to effectively map to Health Evolution offerings • Meet, exceed documented revenue targets/goals - Monthly, Quarterly, Annually • Build pipeline of new members in targeted market segments • Bring in target number of new members in year 1 • Grow average revenue yield within existing members • Update pipeline reporting and projections that effectively and efficiently inform the business • Demonstrate discovery and listening skills, and the ability to map the marketing needs of any potential member
