Role Description Hayward is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) and is seeking a remote contract data modeling expert with deep expertise in financial and manufacturing domains to support the BI department in building new dimensional models and reports off the resulting data. Qualifications - B.A. /B.S. in Business preferred with seven years of related experience. - Strong relationship and team builder. - Strong experience with wholesale channels and dealer networks. - Strong communication skills with an ability to outline and reinforce the N. America Regional vision/strategy. - Strategic and pro-active mindset with interpersonal skills and an ability to influence at the most senior stakeholder levels. - Strong External (Customer) network. - Commercially astute with a strong business sense and excellent problem solving / analytical skills. - Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint/Excel/Word and SalesForce.
