Role Description The company is seeking an experienced Senior Schedule Advisor and Master Scheduler to support one of their Government clients. In this role, you will guide senior clients and other team members on leading scheduling practices. You will provide hands-on scheduling support to develop, maintain, and analyze the program’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), providing alignment across multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholders. You will work closely with program leadership, technical teams, and clients to maintain an accurate view of program delivery timelines, dependencies, and risks. - Developing and maintaining the program’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project - Integrating schedules across multiple workstreams, teams, and vendors to maintain a unified view of program delivery - Working with project leads and technical teams to capture tasks, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements - Serving as a trusted advisor to leadership by translating complex schedule data into clear, actionable insights - Conducting critical path analysis to identify schedule drivers and potential delays - Monitoring schedule performance and identifying risk areas, bottlenecks, and dependency conflicts - Providing regular schedule reports and briefings to program leadership and client stakeholders - Ensuring the program schedule adheres to established governance, standards, and reporting requirements - Facilitating schedule reviews and coordination meetings with program stakeholders - Maintaining schedule baselines and tracking variance against planned timelines - Supporting program leadership with scenario analysis and schedule forecasting - Improving scheduling processes and standards to support effective program execution Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in project management, program management, program scheduling, or program controls roles - 5+ years of experience building and managing complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for large programs - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project - Strong understanding of: - Critical path analysis - Schedule dependency management - Resource loading and forecasting - Baseline management and schedule change control - Milestone tracking and schedule variance analysis - Ability to translate schedule data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Experience identifying schedule risks and communicating impacts to program leadership - U.S. Citizenship - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills Requirements - Strongly Preferred: - PMP certification - Experience supporting federal government programs - Experience integrating schedules across Agile and traditional delivery teams - Experience coordinating schedules across vendors and subcontractors - Candidates who live in an SBA HUBZone Benefits - $155,000 - $175,000 a year Company Description The company is a boutique, agile, and digital services-focused coaching and consulting company. Role Description CardioOne is hiring an experienced Senior Software Engineer & DevOps to lead and scale a high-performing engineering and DevOps team. In this role, you will be responsible for hands-on development, deployment, and maintenance of software applications and infrastructure, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. You will lead the engineering team in building high-quality software while managing the DevOps team to implement robust CI/CD pipelines, automation, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring solutions. This is a hands-on position that will grow into a leadership position as the organization scales. Role Description CardioOne is seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of their production systems and services. The SRE will bridge the gap between software development and operations, implementing automation, monitoring, and best practices to enable rapid, reliable delivery of applications. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Engineering. - Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of production systems. - Implement and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for critical services. - Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning. - Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools such as Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible. - Develop automation to minimize manual operations and improve deployment workflows. - Build CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable deployments. - Design and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Datadog). - Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts. - Perform root-cause analysis and develop postmortems to prevent recurring issues. - Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS). - Optimize system architecture for reliability and fault tolerance. - Implement best practices for security, networking, and service resilience. - Work closely with development teams to design reliable microservices and distributed systems. - Advocate for SRE principles and drive operational excellence across engineering teams. - Mentor engineers on reliability practices, tooling, and automation strategies. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. - 3–7 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Systems Engineering roles. - Strong proficiency with Linux systems and shell scripting. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). - Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/ECS and container technologies (Docker). - Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python or Java. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling. - Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, and security fundamentals. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration. - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. - A mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Requirements - Experience with observability stacks (OpenTelemetry). - Knowledge of database management (PostgreSQL). - Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet). - Familiarity with zero-downtime deployments and chaos engineering practices.
