Responsibilities - Process and administer payroll for all employees accurately and on time. - Maintain payroll records and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. - Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and payment discrepancies. - Support the onboarding process by entering new employee data into the payroll system. - Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management review as needed. - Assist in the year-end payroll process, including tax reporting and W-2 distribution. - Collaborate with the HR department to ensure proper maintenance of payroll and employee records.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through exceptional service and consultative selling • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Territory Managers, providing ongoing training, guidance, and performance support • Execute regional sales plans and team goals aligned with company objectives • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify growth opportunities and optimize territory coverage • Monitor performance, analyze sales trends, and contribute to forecasting and reporting • Support planning and execution of regional sales meetings and key trade show events • Represent Harper Group and our brands at industry trade shows and customer meetings • Perform additional duties as needed to support a dynamic, growth-focused sales organization
