• Drive HAMERKOP's digital transformation and shape its technology roadmap. • Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and digital solutions across the organisation. • Oversee the development and adoption of new tools and products. • Contribute to hands-on software development, prototyping, workflow automation, and AI-enabled applications. • Collaborate with consultants, management, clients, and external development partners to design, implement, and improve technology-enabled solutions.

• Defining yearly marketing/communications goals with the CEO / Head of Strategy • Designing, writing, and posting of two LinkedIn posts per week, highlighting team news or relevant industry news, all to establish HAMERKOP as a thought leader in the climate finance & carbon project space • Developing the marketing strategy and campaigns for knowledge products • Website updates with new additions to the team, as well as knowledge products, blogs, and case studies • Periodic infographic design and distribution campaigns • Supervision of enquiries inbox and CRM tools to understand/manage clientele • Refreshing/updating brand guidelines as needed • Cover pages, slide design/support, visual design (flowcharts, diagrams) • Document design • Template design/updates/support • Designing and ordering brand materials (e.g. business cards) • Helping facilitate speaking events and collaborations
