• Monitorar e responder ativamente o WhatsApp corporativo, e-mails e telefone, garantindo tempo de resposta ágil (SLA baixo) • Realizar a primeira abordagem com candidatos, validando informações básicas e agendando entrevistas para os clientes • Prestar suporte aos clientes corporativos (empresas), atualizando status de vagas e alinhando agendas de forma profissional e diplomática • Manter o sistema (CRM/ATS) e as planilhas de controle rigorosamente atualizados com o status de cada vaga e candidato • Organizar a agenda dos recrutadores, conciliando horários entre candidatos e clientes, resolvendo conflitos de horário com rapidez

• Ensure predictable growth of the client base through the execution of consultative sales and social selling strategies • Guide prospective clients through the sales funnel in a structured manner, using both personal outreach and automation/AI tools • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize client acquisition and engagement • Manage and optimize sales campaigns using ClickUp for tracking and reporting • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics • Perform follow-up with existing clients • Conduct pre-diagnostic (strategy) sessions with prospective clients, ensuring effective conversion of leads into clients interested in feasibility sessions or other services in the portfolio • Maintain clear and consistent communication with leadership regarding progress toward targets • Prepare reports and presentations on commercial performance • Identify market opportunities and potential risks

• Create visual assets (static images, carousels, and reels) for Meta Ads and Google Ads • Develop artwork for clients' social media channels and institutional/corporate materials • Adapt graphics for different formats and platforms • Collaborate with the traffic and social media teams to align assets with the client's strategy • Propose new creative approaches to improve campaign performance • Manage deadlines and deliverables with organization and autonomy • Assist in the development of clients' visual identities • Ensure consistency of clients' visual identity across all produced assets
