• Deliver successful Reddit marketing programs (including SEO + AEO strategies) that meet client goals and KPIs through data-driven strategies and strong execution • Help write the playbook for how we deliver increased visibility on AI platforms like ChatGPT, how we create content on Reddit that influences and engages audiences without coming across as promotion, and how to best leverage website content and authority to impact a brand’s overall visibility on the internet across both Google (SEO) and AI platforms (AEO) • Provide detailed reporting and analysis of campaign performance using web analytics tools, spreadsheets and data integrations

• The SEO Content Manager will work alongside internal teams to execute SEO, GEO, and content initiatives across a range of clients. • This role will encompass everything from content updates, outlining, editing, and publishing content to conducting keyword research, writing metadata, developing content strategy, drafting Reddit posts, managing GEO engagements, and other ad hoc content or SEO projects. • Strong attention to detail, communication, time management, a sense of urgency, and flawless prioritization are must-haves. • You’ll be accountable for: Rigorously managing and executing only the highest quality client deliverables on time, working with internal GMP teams to deliver and optimize channel strategy for SEO and GEO, participating in client onboarding, calls, and relationship-building, proactively communicating updates to clients and internal teams, implementing feedback and continuously learning.

• Deliver successful SEO, GEO (AI Visibility) and Reddit marketing programs that meet client goals and KPIs through data-driven strategies and strong execution • Help write the playbook for how we deliver increased visibility on AI platforms like ChatGPT, how we create content on Reddit that influences and engages audiences without coming across as promotion, and how to best leverage website content and authority to impact a brand’s overall visibility on the internet across both Google (SEO) and AI platforms (GEO) • Develop and execute SEO and content campaigns for our clients: Discover technical SEO issues, such as page speed improvements, site architecture changes, and crawling/indexing issues • Perform weekly analysis with Google Search Console and other tools to track and monitor changes • Rigorously manage client deliverables and milestones • Recommend and implement A/B tests and similar experiments • Deeply understand the client’s goals for their website, then create a strategy to achieve those goals • Communicate proactively and effectively with clients + internal team • Provide detailed reporting and analysis of campaign performance using web analytics tools, spreadsheets and data integrations

• As Head of SEO Content, you will serve as the senior content leader for both clients and the internal team. • You will own content conversations with clients, confidently addressing content quality, SEO/GEO content strategy, and CRO, while guiding them on how content drives measurable results. • Internally, you will lead, manage, and build out the content team (L1–L4), setting clear expectations, priorities, and work plans to ensure consistent, high-quality execution. • You will define, document, and uphold GMP’s writing, editing, and quality standards, and partner closely with senior leadership to improve client profitability, team efficiency, and the overall impact of GMP’s content services. • You’ll be accountable for: • Rigorously managing and executing only the highest quality client deliverables on time • Working with internal GMP teams to deliver and optimize channel strategy for both SEO and GEO • Developing strong internal processes that enable scale and predictable delivery • Hiring and building out the content team • Managing content team performance, development, and clear ownership across content initiatives • Driving measurable SEO/GEO content results aligned with client and business goals • Maintaining and improving client satisfaction, content NPS, and long-term relationships.
