• Collect, clean, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets from multiple internal and external sources • Conduct thorough exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand data distributions, relationships, outliers, and missing value patterns • Profile and audit datasets to assess data quality, completeness, consistency, and fitness for modeling • Investigate and document data lineage — understanding where data originates, how it flows, and how it transforms across systems • Identify and resolve data anomalies, inconsistencies, and integrity issues in collaboration with data engineering teams • Develop a deep understanding of the business domain and the underlying data that represents it — including what each field means, how it is captured, and what its limitations are • Translate raw, messy, real-world data into clean, well-understood analytical datasets ready for modeling and reporting • Apply statistical techniques such as correlation analysis, hypothesis testing, variance analysis, and distribution fitting to extract meaningful signals from noise • Build and deploy machine learning models including regression, classification, clustering, NLP, and time-series analysis • Design, evaluate, and analyze A/B experiments and controlled tests using causal inference techniques • Develop data-driven recommendations backed by rigorous statistical reasoning • Write clean, production-ready code in Python or R • Collaborate with data engineers to build reliable data pipelines and feature stores • Deploy and monitor ML models using MLOps best practices on cloud infrastructure • Build dashboards and self-serve analytics tools to support stakeholder decision-making

• Understand client goals for test automation and centralized COE objectives. • Understand Gradera’s TestPhi platform capabilities, vision & be in awareness of the continuously evolving roadmap. • Assess current test automation initiatives, tool stack, processes & methodologies, at client. • Collaborate with client to design the future state for enterprise-grade test-automation framework and operating model, leveraging Gradera’s TestPhi platform. • Implement a pilot using Gradera’s TestPhi platform, configure and enhance. • Lead and scale implementation phase to at least 80% test coverage. • Define blueprint for enterprise test automation foundation, including Test data management, tool integration, CI/CD, process orchestration, quality management, reporting & governance. • Act as a technical beacon for the implementation team, performing hands-on automation tasks, conducting rigorous script reviews and setting the standard for quality engineering. • Monitor and model the maintenance plan for maximum up-time and efficiency of the test automation solution. • Create adoption strategy and intake process, to automate testing for other enterprise applications as part of long-term roadmap. • Contribute to platform development within Gradera, as needed.
• Leverage the candidate’s existing executive relationships to secure meetings with senior business and technology leaders in target net-new accounts. • Identify and prioritize net-new strategic accounts within a region, industry vertical, or personal network where the candidate has relationship access or a credible path to entry • Develop account strategies and relationship maps that expand Gradera’s access across C-suite, business, operations, product, and technology stakeholders • Position Gradera’s Software-Orchestrated Services™, advisory capabilities, and solution offerings in ways that resonate with enterprise priorities and transformation goals • Partner closely with Gradera leadership, advisory, pre-sales, and architecture teams to shape account strategy, meeting preparation, and opportunity pursuit plans • Help surface and qualify opportunities related to AI readiness, software-led orchestration, enterprise context, operational efficiency, workflow redesign, customer experience, engineering velocity, product execution, data modernization, and governed AI transformation • Create opportunities for executive workshops, value discovery sessions, AI readiness assessments, pilot engagements, and transformation initiatives • Support whitespace analysis, executive communications, relationship strategy, and deal progression across complex buying environments • Maintain accurate account intelligence, pipeline visibility, and opportunity tracking within CRM systems • Represent Gradera in executive meetings, industry events, conferences, client dinners, and strategic networking settings • Help establish long-term Gradera relationships within newly opened accounts that can expand into broader enterprise transformation programs over time.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, and cash management • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting • Prepare internal financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules for executive leadership • Maintain and strengthen accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements • Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and relationships with outside accounting and tax partners • Manage sales tax compliance and multi-state regulatory requirements as the company grows • Lead revenue recognition and accounting practices aligned with technology and services business models • Ensure accurate treatment of contract revenue, deferred revenue, and project-based services revenue • Partner with leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Provide financial insight to support operational and strategic decision-making • Assist with investor and board reporting as needed • Design and implement scalable accounting processes that support company growth • Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency across finance workflows • Manage and mentor a small accounting team, including payroll and accounts payable functions.
