• Own the LinkedIn voice for Glacis and our founder - from thought leadership to deep, opinionated posts on supply chain and AI, plan and create posts that speak to VP-level decision makers (clear POV, sharp framing, strong hooks). • Repurpose long-form content into short-form social formats (carousels, snippets, visual summaries). • Write and edit content such as case studies, customer stories, and simple reports/whitepapers. • Turn customer conversations and internal notes into clear narratives with a strong point-of-view. • Create simple, clean designs using tools like Figma/Canva (e.g., one-pagers, slide layouts, diagrams, social visuals). • Ensure a consistent visual identity across LinkedIn, sales collateral, and website content in collaboration with the technical/product team. • Monitor performance (e.g., LinkedIn analytics, basic website metrics) and use the data to refine topics, formats, and messaging.

• Own the full-funnel demand generation engine from awareness to sales-qualified pipeline. Drive qualified demo requests from our ICPs. Build, test, and optimize campaigns that consistently deliver measurable pipeline growth. • Own the content strategy in collaboration with our content team. Define themes, messaging, and formats that resonate with supply chain leaders. Guide the creation and distribution of practical, jargon-free content including white papers, LinkedIn thought leadership, case studies, and frameworks that educates buyers on AI adoption and drives inbound interest. • Build a rigorous testing and reporting framework to measure marketing performance. Run A/B tests across messaging, channels, and campaigns, and track key metrics such as cost per demo, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. Use data to double down on what works and continuously improve growth performance. • Own end-to-end LinkedIn advertising strategy, including audience segmentation, budget allocation, creative development, A/B testing, and performance optimization. Manage campaigns across key buyer segments to maximize ROI and pipeline contribution. • Work closely with sales to ensure marketing efforts translate into pipeline. Align on target account lists, build nurture sequences and messaging that convert leads into conversations, and create sales enablement materials. Maintain a tight feedback loop from buyer conversations to refine our ICP, identify common pain points, and continuously improve how we communicate Glacis’ value. • Maintain sharp, differentiated messaging across all touchpoints. Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence, refine positioning for different buyer personas, and ensure every piece of content communicates clear business value.
