• Investigate and fix incidents related to RPC interfaces and blockchain nodes. • Find and resolve performance issues, slow responses, and API errors. • Monitor system health using dashboards and logs to detect problems early. • Analyze routing, timeout, and load balancing issues to improve reliability. • Reproduce and test issues in a safe test environment before applying fixes. • Keep troubleshooting guides, incident records, and playbooks up to date. • Review performance metrics to identify weak points and suggest improvements. • Write clear RCA (Root Cause Analysis) reports with concrete next steps. • Help with deployments, migrations, and disaster recovery of blockchain systems.

• Build and maintain customer-facing dashboard, billing system, internal tools, side-products • Design and implement backend APIs and services in Go • Collaborate closely with designers to translate Figma specs into polished, accessible UI • Work with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, ArangoDB) to implement efficient data access patterns • Coordinate with dedicated backend and frontend engineers on integrations and shared services • Write clean, tested, maintainable code with attention to performance and reliability • Participate in code reviews and help maintain engineering quality standards • Continuously improve development workflows using AI tools and automation

• Own the full product lifecycle for infrastructure-level Web3 services • Define product vision aligned with user needs and business value • Conduct market analysis to uncover unmet infrastructure needs • Translate product vision into detailed specs and roadmaps • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams • Monitor product performance using KPIs

• Develop and build relationships with new potential clients and partners through online outreach, offline engagement, and participation in industry conferences and events. • Validate and qualify demand for various services and solutions related to GetBlock’s expertise. • Manage the full sales cycle, guiding clients from qualification through to proposal, contract signing, invoicing, and beyond.

• Turn product into offers: Partner closely with Product/Engineering, absorb product updates and technical context, and convert them into crisp positioning, messaging, and value propositions • Build core PMM assets: Create and continuously improve go-to-market materials such as landing pages, pitch decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, and internal enablement docs • Enable Marketing & BD/Sales: Onboard and train teams on new services/offers, messaging, and how to use the assets in real conversations and campaigns • Stay on top of Web3 trends: Run lightweight but continuous market/trend research (Web3 infrastructure, developer tooling, ecosystem shifts), and share insights with both product/tech and go-to-market teams • Support GTM execution: After packaging an offer, help drive it into action — acting as a cross-functional “glue” and informal leader to ensure campaigns and BD motions communicate the offer correctly

• Collaborate with AEs to map and prioritize target accounts across Web3 infrastructure, DeFi, blockchain startups, and enterprises. • Execute outbound outreach via calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn to secure qualified meetings. • Screen and qualify inbound leads from Marketing, ensuring prospects meet key qualification criteria before handing off to AEs. • Provide detailed prospect context and technical needs summaries to the sales team. • Conduct discovery and qualification calls to uncover technical requirements (RPC usage, node deployment, latency, throughput, security needs), business goals, and budget. • Represent GetBlock at Web3 conferences, hackathons, and industry events; book meetings and follow up to maximize ROI. • Collect market intelligence (objections, competitors, feature requests) and share insights with Product and Marketing. • Track outreach metrics (open, reply, connect rates) and work with Sales Ops to optimize messaging and cadences. • Stay up to date on Web3 infrastructure, DeFi, and blockchain scalability trends to position GetBlock’s value proposition effectively.

• Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process (from intake meeting to offer acceptance and onboarding handoff). • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role profiles, and sourcing strategies. • Source candidates across international markets using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, communities, referrals, etc.). • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical and non-technical roles. • Run thoughtful interview processes that respect candidates’ time and reflect our values. • Drive offer negotiations and support closing candidates. • Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics to inform strategy and improvements & keep pipelines organized and up to date in our ATS. • Build strong candidate relationships and deliver a standout candidate experience.
