Role Description The digital marketing team at Get Visible is looking for a SEO/AEO manager focused on strategy and client communications. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and bright. - Lead client communications and strategy for SEO / AEO accounts - Perform SEO & AEO audits on client sites - Proactively manage client expectations and resolve issues - Analyze performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions, pipeline impact) and present insights - Strong proficiency in tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, Claude, OpenClaw, Hermes, and more - Account tracking and scope management — flagging when projects are at risk - Internal task coordination across Slack and ClickUp - Perform SEO audits on potential client sites - Advance AI Search & Answer Engine Visibility - Develop frameworks for answer engine optimization (AEO) and AI search readiness, including structured content, authoritative signals, and entity-based visibility Qualifications - 3+ years as an SEO strategist or equivalent at a digital marketing or web agency - Proven success in analyzing data and using analytics tools for marketing decisions - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively across various clients and initiatives - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration - Experience with different website builds - Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving scopes - Familiarity with tools: ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, AI Tools - Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral - Strong attention to detail and organization - Strong foundational understanding of AI-driven search and answer engines, with demonstrated ability and curiosity to build expertise in this rapidly evolving space - Deep expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and analytics, with fluency in modern SEO platforms and methodologies Requirements - Starting salary $70,000 - $85,000 + DOE Benefits - Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Supplemental Insurance - Paid Time Off - 401K
