• We’re looking for someone to shape and grow the design function across both brand and product. • Own the visual design of our products, mainly relating to end-to-end buyer and seller experiences on the marketplace. • Create visually compelling sales and marketing materials (static and video) that will be consumed by hundreds of thousands around the country. • Work closely with marketing and engineering to ship high-fidelity designs. • Talk to customers and use data, research, and iteration to continuously improve user experiences. • Help us build out our design team, and dive deep into areas that you find more interesting as we grow. • Ability and willingness to work in-person in NYC.
Job Requirements
- A creative designer comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-performance startup environment.
- Expertise in UX, with a deep understanding of user flows, interaction design, and usability.
- A sharp eye for visual design and detail-oriented.
