Role Description The Inside Technical Sales Representative is responsible for: - Growing GAI’s presence within the assigned accounts. - Developing key relationships with technology and procurement leaders within the assigned accounts to present the company’s products and solutions. - Developing relationships with key OEM partners within the account set and partnering for success. - Meeting growth objectives within assigned accounts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Tasks include but are not limited to the following: - Work hand in hand with Senior Account Manager to develop and execute account strategies. - Mentor Inside Account Executives I and Sales Support I/II. - Present and sell company data center/enterprise products and services to assigned accounts. - Understand key OEM registration programs and execute on them as well as track them. - Understand current account competitive landscape. - Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. - Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field sales and trade show activity. - Build relationships with Key OEM teams, understand their priorities. - Set appointments with key customers and OEMs for Field partner. - Identify and contact sales prospects within the assigned accounts. - Prepare presentations, proposals, quotes, and sales contracts. - Process orders and provide status updates. - Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. - Establish and maintain current and potential customer relationships. - Take ownership of certain customers and have primary relationship responsibility. - Identify and resolve client concerns. - Prepare a variety of status reports, including weekly sales activity, pipeline, follow-up, and adherence to goals. - Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback to appropriate company staff. - Coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales. - Keep company leadership informed of all important account activity and opportunities. - Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events. - Follow up for collection of payment if required. - Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - In-depth knowledge of the technology products common to the Federal Government IT marketplace. - Proven history of overachievement of sales objectives and high income earnings. - Knowledge of the Federal Government Technology marketplace and its associated products, services, and unique regulations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Requirements - College degree preferred. - 4-6 years of sales experience with focus in data center solutions, with 2 years in the Federal Government IT marketplace. - Experience and education can be substituted for each other at the hiring manager’s discretion. - Must work cooperatively with Senior Account Managers. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to develop and deliver presentations. - Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. - Identify and resolve client concerns. - Must act ethically and with integrity and honesty at all times. - Ability to persuade and influence others. - Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients. - Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel. Role Description The Federal Solutions Marketing Manager exists to translate complex federal missions and GAI solutions into clear, compelling, and compliant narratives that drive adoption, engagement, and mission impact. This role ensures that both strategy and execution are tightly aligned—producing high-quality written and visual content that demonstrates how integrated ISV solutions solve real federal challenges. The Federal Solutions Marketing Manager is responsible for both developing strategy and executing content that positions integrated solutions for federal audiences. This includes hands-on creation of written materials and visual assets, ensuring consistency, compliance, and effectiveness across joint go-to-market efforts. Success in this role means federal audiences not only understand the value of integrated solutions but can quickly grasp and act on it through well-crafted content and presentations. - Solutions & Partner Content Strategy - Develop and execute a solutions marketing content strategy aligned with federal mission priorities and ISV partner capabilities. - Define value propositions that clearly articulate how integrated solutions address specific agency challenges. - Align messaging across internal teams and ISV partners to ensure consistency and clarity. - Hands-On Content Creation & Execution - Write and edit high-quality content including solution briefs, case studies, white papers, web copy, email campaigns, and executive summaries. - Develop compelling presentations (PowerPoint) that clearly communicate solution value to federal stakeholders. - Create and/or direct visual content such as infographics, one-pagers, and social graphics using tools like Canva. - Translate complex technical integrations into simple, visually engaging narratives. - Co-Marketing with ISV Partners - Lead development of joint content (presentations, campaigns, events, webinars) with ISV partners. - Coordinate messaging, branding, and deliverables across organizations. - Enable partners with templates, messaging frameworks, and reusable assets. Qualifications - 5+ years in solutions marketing, content marketing, or federal communications. - Demonstrated AI-tool proficiency and workflows. - Experience creating both written content and visual assets (presentations, graphics). - Experience with HubSpot, SFDC, and presentation software (e.g., Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint).
