Role Description Are you a strategic leader with a passion for IT service delivery and lifecycle program management? We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of IT services within customer IT lifecycle programs. This role ensures efficiency, quality, and alignment with business objectives while managing service-related processes, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight—balancing high-level program management with the detail-oriented execution needed to navigate system constraints (ServiceNow) and customer-specific business rules. We are looking for someone who will: - Take ownership of program success - Deep-dive into Excel data models and performance metrics - Drive process improvement and service alignment This position will be based out of our corporate headquarters, in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The work hours are from 8:30a - 5:30p. Eastern time. Remote candidates outside of the Fort Lauderdale area will be considered. This position involves working on client accounts that require U.S. Citizenship. This includes both on-site visits to secure locations and remote work related to those accounts. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery, program management, or PC lifecycle services, with a strong focus on global operations and customer engagement. - Proven ability to manage both high-level strategy and detailed operational execution. - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow workflows and ERP processes (or similar systems). - Strong background in reporting, data analysis, and executive-level communication. - This position involves working on client accounts that require U.S. Citizenship. This includes both on-site visits to secure locations and remote work related to those accounts. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree. - ITIL Foundation certification (preferred). - PMP certification is a plus. Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Accountant to join our Finance team. In this role, you will manage tax compliance across U.S. and international jurisdictions, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting audits, planning, and cross-border initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting, experience with indirect and corporate taxes, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position is preferred to be on-site, based out of our Fort Lauderdale Headquarters. However, remote candidates will be considered. The work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30a-5:30p Eastern Time. Job Responsibilities: - File indirect taxes (sales, VAT, GST) and other applicable local taxes accurately and on time. - Research and ensure compliance with state, local, and global tax regulations. - Reconcile all tax accounts in the general ledger, including property, sales, use, corporate income, and VAT. - Support tax inquiries and audits from internal and external auditors as well as government agencies worldwide. - Monitor updates in tax legislation, assess business impact, and communicate changes to leadership. - Perform month-end close tax-related tasks including accruals, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis. - Support global tax planning, transfer pricing analysis, and intercompany transaction documentation. - Maintain and improve internal controls related to tax reporting and compliance. - Collaborate with Finance, Sales, IT, and other teams to ensure proper tax treatment of business transactions. - Assist in implementing tax automation tools and ERP system enhancements. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CPA a plus). - Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, with Indirect and Global tax experience required. - Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis; knowledge of tax software preferred. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Capacity to work independently while adhering to procedures and instructions. Role Description The Financial Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial and sales data to provide actionable insights. This role works closely with finance, operations, and leadership to improve forecasting, budgeting, and overall financial performance. This is an India-based full-time remote position. The work hours are Monday- Friday, 6:00p - 3:00a - India Standard Time. - Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics - Analyze sales data including customer revenue, gross profit (GP), margins, and customer-level performance - Build and maintain financial and sales performance models and forecasts - Develop customer profitability analysis and identify high/low performing accounts - Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders - Identify opportunities for cost savings, pricing optimization, and revenue growth - Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes - Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial and sales systems - Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to support business initiatives Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field - 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or sales/data analytics - Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling - Experience analyzing sales metrics such as revenue, margins, and customer profitability - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent English communication and presentation abilities Requirements - Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems - Experience with pricing analysis or sales performance analytics - Advanced statistical or forecasting techniques Company Description Employment decisions at Future Tech Enterprise, Inc. will be based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
