• Research audience preferences and identify social networks that would be optimal for building brand reputation • Develop a social media strategy to promote brand presence • Create original, engaging content to drive interest and build buzz around launch of new features/products • Monitor for customer communication and respond to queries in a timely manner • Measure impact and drive process improvements as required • Stay up to date with developments in social platforms for maximum operational excellence • Present periodic reports to manage with recommendations and insights based on analysis

• Develop, write and deliver persuasive copy for the website, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos and blogs • Build and run an editorial calendar; coordinate with other content crafters to ensure standards • Optimize all content for SEO to better reach • Measure impact and perform analysis to improve critical metrics • Help with localization of process and content to ensure consistency across regions • Review and implement process changes to drive operational excellence

• Work with bookkeeping software to manage day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable. • Receive and record cash, checks, and vouchers; reconcile bank account statements. • Handle payroll, make purchases, prepare invoices and keep track of overdue accounts. • Produce reports, reflecting profit and loss statements, financial statements and balance sheets. • Keep management informed and up to date through presentations and reports. • Remain vigilant against fraud and inaccuracy by checking over figures and reports frequently.

• Help members troubleshoot issues they encounter while using the Live platform and provide actionable tips to resolve the problem • Represent the client in IDI & Focus Group Waiting rooms & proactively confirm member qualification and device functionality prior to interviews • Follow communication and security procedures, guidelines, and policies including all known PI procedures • Moderate incoming Qualitative Research Responses based on Commercial team requests and general platform quality support needs
