Role Description We're looking for a highly driven, hands-on Head of Field Marketing to establish and scale our field marketing program. This is not an event coordinator role. We need a startup-minded marketer who can build programs from scratch, execute flawlessly, and create meaningful engagement opportunities with security leaders that drives brand awareness, pipeline growth, and revenue. Equally important, this role requires exceptional operational discipline: - Managing budgets - Tracking lead source attribution - Delivering clear project plans and stakeholder communications The ideal candidate also understands the cybersecurity industry landscape and can confidently recommend which conferences, communities, sponsorships, and executive programs are worth investing in and which aren't. Success in this role requires someone who can see the big picture while obsessing over the details, bringing both strategic judgment and operational rigor to every program. Key Responsibilities - Own and execute Frame's field marketing strategy, including conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, customer events, and partner events. - Own and manage event execution end-to-end, including vendor coordination, logistics, travel, booth design, swag, signage, attendee experience, and post-event follow-up. - Drive pipeline generation through creative field marketing initiatives and close partnership with Sales and Partner teams. - Leverage cybersecurity industry knowledge to recommend the highest-impact events, communities, and sponsorship opportunities. - Collaborate with GTM Systems & Tools teams to ensure accurate lead capture, attribution, campaign measurement, and event ROI. - Manage budgets, timelines, project plans, and reporting with exceptional attention to detail. - Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Leadership, customers, and partners to meet deadlines, obtain necessary feedback, approvals, and decisions to ensure seamless alignment and execution. - Equip sales teams with the information, resources, and logistics they need to maximize event success. - Continuously test new ideas, event formats, and engagement strategies to strengthen Frame's presence within the cybersecurity community. Role Description Frame Security is seeking a highly energetic, versatile, and results-driven Account Executive to join our rapidly growing sales team. This is a hands-on, dynamic role primarily focused on prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with the goal of rapid logo acquisition and uncapped earning potential within the Brazil market. This AE role will cover MM (Mid-market) and ENT (Enterprise) segments. Key Responsibilities: - Hunt, qualify, and close new business. You are responsible for the entire engine, from the first cold outbound touch to the final signature. - Progress pipeline generated through a modern multi-channel outreach engine, including demand gen campaigns, social media, tradeshows, channel partners, and more. - Lead technical and business deep-dives to find the gaps in a prospect’s security posture. Turn those gaps into a concrete business case for Frame. - Work with Sales Engineering to crush POCs. Ensure our tech meets their requirements and our value proposition meets their board’s expectations. - While Channel Account Managers manage the partner relationship, you own the partner's sales reps. You are responsible for building relationships, co-selling, and making sure Frame is the first platform they think of for their customers. - As an early sales hire, you aren't just following a script, you’re helping write it. Qualifications - Fluent in English and Portuguese - 2-5 years of experience in Account Executive or "Founding Sales" roles, specifically within high-growth B2B SaaS. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in the midmarket & enterprise Cybersecurity space. - Ability to identify and build relationships with multiple stakeholders, from IT Managers & Security Architects to CISOs & CFOs. - Comfortable navigating the ambiguity of an early-stage environment and taking initiative without a formal "corporate" roadmap. - A proven ability to distil complex technical features into high-level business outcomes and compelling storytelling. This role is a hands-on, dynamic role, primarily focused on providing essential pre-sales technical solutions to our customers and resellers with the goal of logo acquisition. Beyond the initial sale, the Sales Engineer will own the customer onboarding process and act as the technical authority, proactively identifying optimization opportunities within the United Kingdom and Ireland markets. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Sales and Channel teams to lead deep-dive discovery sessions, uncovering complex customer pain points and architecting tailored security solutions. - Design and execute high-impact demos and Proof of Concept (PoC) evaluations that clearly communicate Frame’s value and secure technical buy-in from key stakeholders. - Lead the post-sale implementation strategy, serving as the primary technical consultant to guide customers through initial setup, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. - Act as the technical backbone for our reseller partners, providing the training and support necessary to scale our market presence and ensure partner-led success. Qualifications - Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. - 2-5 years of experience in Pre-Sales/Post-Sales or "Founding SE" roles. - Technical background with hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments, including identity management (Entra ID, Okta), SSO/SAML configuration, domain whitelisting, and customer-facing integrations. - Experience in AI-driven Cybersecurity and SaaS companies. - A "bias for action" mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative. - Demonstrated ability to build technical playbooks, POC templates, and demo environments from the ground up. - Experience with identity providers (Okta/Azure AD), email infrastructure (M365/Google Workspace), and API-based integrations. - A proven collaborative and clear communicator, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
