• Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer partnership strategy at a regional level to drive growth and revenue for Luupli • Identify and prioritize target influencers, create outreach plans, and develop compelling value propositions for each potential partner • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target influencers, including agents, managers, and other representatives • Negotiate and close partnership agreements with target influencers that align with Luupli's goals and vision • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organisation, including product, marketing, and operations to ensure successful implementation of partnership agreements, and to develop features on the app that support partnerships • Provide insights and recommendations on how to improve partnerships and overall business strategy based on data analysis • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay up to date on industry trends, build relationships with potential partners, and represent Luupli in the marketplace • Manage the partnership pipeline, including tracking progress on partnership agreements, identifying potential roadblocks, and addressing any issues that arise • Build and lead a team of influencer partnerships professionals to support partnership efforts, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members

• Collaborate with software engineering and operations teams to design, build, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure using AWS and Terraform • Implement and enhance infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices using Terraform to ensure reproducibility and scalability of infrastructure components • Develop and maintain monitoring solutions to proactively identify performance bottlenecks, system outages, and other potential issues • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis efforts to drive continuous improvement and prevent future incidents • Optimise system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency through continuous monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve system resilience • Utilise Python or Bash scripting to create and maintain automation tools for various operational tasks and deployments • Implement and improve continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines • Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices for securing cloud infrastructure and services • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations • Support CI/CD pipelines for application deployments and updates • Contribute to the design and implementation of deployment strategies that promote zero-downtime releases • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and incident resolution procedures • Participate in knowledge sharing with team members to enhance overall expertise and skill sets

• Design, optimize, and maintain tables and data structures to support recommendation and trending content data. • Work with structured data storage solutions, including PostgreSQL and JSONB, to manage recommendation and interaction data. • Implement and refine recommendation algorithms (e.g., collaborative filtering, content-based, and hybrid approaches) to enhance relevancy. • Use similarity search libraries like Annoy or Faiss to optimize recommendation speed and accuracy. • Continuously evaluate recommendation logic to better serve user preferences, ensuring real-time delivery. • Aggregate, analyze, and process user interaction data to support recommendations and trending content. • Design efficient queries and implement aggregation methods to capture relevant data and insights for recommendations. • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data handling issues to ensure accurate recommendation delivery. • Optimize queries, processing workflows, and containerised services for high performance and scalability within AWS ECS.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy • Safeguard and enhance the integrity and reputation of the Luupli brand • Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders • Lead and oversee PR initiatives • Act as the primary liaison for media inquiries • Develop and disseminate communication materials • Monitor and analyse communication metrics and feedback
