Role Description We are growing our engineering team and are looking for a technically strong Engineering Manager to lead one of our delivery teams. You'll work across the full lifecycle: - Understanding where our engineering teams are feeling friction today. - Designing pragmatic infrastructure and deployment improvements. - Shipping improvements safely and supporting them in production. You'll be working on a containerised platform running in Kubernetes, with Google Cloud-hosted services, Cloud SQL-backed applications, Redis, RabbitMQ, and a CI/CD flow built around Docker, Jenkins, and our deployment tooling. The challenges are real, the autonomy is high, and the team is small enough that your decisions matter.
